Very disappointed. I visit about once a month. Was picking up dinner through the drive through. Had to wait 10 minutes for the food. The issue was I checked the order before I left the lot and was missing a quarter pounder. Had to go inside to get the item. Waited at checkout for about 5 minutes before I was recognized. Then had to wait another minimum of 5 minutes for the item. No apologies for the mistake or wait time. I was having issues with my health that day and it was a...

Had to wait 7 minutes in line after they gave us our food to get cookies by the time we got them our food was cold. Don't take orders at drive thru if you don't have food ready.

I can't hate on McDonald's, it's McDonald's....buuuuutttt, stop using half the salt shaker on the fries. It's disgusting and takes away from the taste. Oh, and warm the cookies please. Three separate times I've ordered cookies and requested them to be warmed, and you didn't. Thats why im leaving my review. That's it.
