Amazing service and the workers were profecient at their brownie-craft! The atmosphere was kind of 'eh.' However, they mostly do catering and online orders, so I get why the atmosphere was an afterthought. On the other hand, the fact that the location is in a mid-century shopping plaza is very charming!

We went today for the first time and there was one woman behind the counter. She was very friendly, gave great recommendations on flavors, and suggested we also try the edges box. The brownies are delicious and the service was wonderful, looking forward to our next visit.

The brownies are amazing! My daughter who isn't a chocolate lover really enjoyed the oreo brownie. The customer services was amazing and the place was very clean and decorated nicely. I would definitely be back.

My wife, son and I have been coming here for only a couple weeks. But weāre obsessed. I love the brownies. The prices are very good. If you like brownies homemade youāll love this. They have regular chocolate brownies, blondies and weekly rotating flavors. Think Crumbl. But better. I havenāt had one had brownie here. Plus the staff is always so friendly. I donāt remember the girls name. But sheās younger and always working when Iām here. Sheās got excellent service. I canāt recommend this place enough.

This brownie was TINY. Small and thin. Flavor was decent but definitely not worth the price in my opinion. This was my first visit. Crumbl serves X-large cookies for the same price. If they are trying to mimic their style they need to cut them a lot bigger. Iād like to bring my kids to try them out. Iām hoping this was an accident. The girl at the front did seem to give off vibes that I was interrupting or bothering her. The lobby was completely empty when I walked in and she came from the back after about a minute or 2.
As an actual baker, these definitely do not taste āartisanalā nor from scratch. I canāt figure out which tub of frosting Iāve had in my past but their frosting tastes eerily similar. Itās not hard to make frosting from scratch and youāll know the difference. The brownies themselves were āmeh.ā I donāt mind a harder edge but flavor has to make it worth it.l have found way better recipes online. Agree with most of the lower reviews as well: the atmosphere is really sterile seeming. No go for me.

OmG! Lol seriously so good. They make new flavors weekly, similar to a cookie company that I don't care for but this place. They put Brownies to a whole new level. My favorite is the nutter butter one. Oh boy. They actually create the brownie you choose as you order. They aren't sitting in a display case getting hard or stale. We had the blonde, the starwberry, chocolate cheesecake, and Chocolate chip. They were all amazing. We traveled back home 3 hours away and they survived. I put them in a cooler bag with a wrapped ice pack under the box. Then once I got home I put them in a sealed container. 3 days later still good. They also have brownie edges. A box for under $5. You get a ton of them.
Hoping a Melts brownie opens closer but gives us a place to go that is affordable and good when we visit the orlando area.
When you first walk in to Melt it's bright and beautiful and the smell of fresh brownies in the air. Today I got the double chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. Make sure you check out their app before you go for more savings. They have inside and outside seating. They have large brownies and also bite size. Go get you some. ??
