We went today for the first time and there was one woman behind the counter. She was very friendly, gave great recommendations on flavors, and suggested we also try the edges box. The brownies are delicious and the service was wonderful, looking forward to our next visit.
The brownies are amazing! My daughter who isn't a chocolate lover really enjoyed the oreo brownie. The customer services was amazing and the place was very clean and decorated nicely. I would definitely be back.

However, they mostly do catering and online orders, so I get why the atmosphere was an afterthought. On the other hand, the fact that the location is in a mid-century shopping plaza is very charming!
