I have never catered out from Panera Bread but this wonderful gentleman helped me with my order and help me take it out to my car he was very generous sweet kind and very respectful he had Superior customer service. Thank you so much for all your help. You guys have did a wonderful job getting things together and ready for me. Thank you so much and I will be looking Forward to ordering again.

Absolutely poor execution and over priced.Steak and White Cheddar sandwich, barely had 2oz of meat, no pickled red onions or horseradish sauce.Soup, chicken noodle was old and over salty.Would not recommend or ever return.I have a picture of the sandwich,

Consistently good. I met a friend for an hour+ of quiet conversation. Never felt crowded or rushed. Her soup and sandwich were exactly as she expected, delicious.

Out of Bread Bowls for soup at 5:30 PM...major fail. Atmosphere was filled with low morale and employees going through the motions. Definitely not the most inviting Panera I've been to, plus no bread bowls for the dinner rush...for the rest of the night. Please step your game up Panera.

This place won my little heart. Mainly bc the manager goes above and beyond to be attentive to customers and shows fairness when errors are made. The service can be spotty during slow times, but overall a good team and fresh food always! They are accommodating and no fuss…I once made a disaster spill with a full cup of iced coffee and they were so cool about it, it definitely minimized my embarrassment lol. Its a quiet atmosphere and I’m able to get a lot of work done here. A million thanks to the hardworking staff.

Leads were not customer satisfaction oriented. Prices are way too high for the what you get! I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was very disappointing. One slice of bacon, one small egg and a piece of cheese so I wanted more to eat. I was dining in so I went back to the counter with the same employee and asked if I could get a half a salad and was told it was $10? $7.50 was what was on the menu. I asked why so much? Breakfast sandwiches are not on the Pick 2 menu so you can not get a salad for the pick 2 price. No where was there a price for a half salad on its own so I thought the $7.50 was the price. They were going to charge me the same price for the half salad as the whole salad. When I asked for the manager, another Lead came over and said the same thing, breakfast sandwiches are not part of the pick 2. I was so frustrated I told them both, I don't want anything.

I have zero idea how anyone eats here. This place is Constantly filthy. The bathroom barely gets cleaned. Not even after the place closes can you smell any cleaning or disinfectant products. I guess thats what you get when teenagers are all you employee. Wow.

Sign of the times? IDK, I ordered the Broccoli mac and cheese. I got the soup instead. I waited quite a while for someone to help me. I was given reg mac and cheese as they were "out" of the Broccoli mac. I settled. They brought the reg mac to me and it was dead cold in the middle. Do we just give up on eating out anymore? Where is the level of service known and expected before Covid?

The food was good but the place was depressing. Register person lacked general social edict and not a single employee was smiling. I'm not expecting cheese but a tiny bit less of this place is a terrible place to work vibe would be nice.....

Got there and there was no one in front of us yet it took 20 minutes for maddison to take our order. Then proceeded to try take someone else's order who just walked in. When finally we were helped the person taking our order had a snarky tone. Then there were no forks or spoons in our bags and were missing sides.

Panera bread staff at Winterspring store was very rude and I am polite. We were got there just before 11 o’clock today Sunday to order a breakfast sandwich. They told us that they were no longer available when we asked her why she saybecause we are closeI was in line before 11But they only have one person attending costumersI do not want to go back there

Totally disappointed with the staff at this location. Unfortunately they no idea how to act in a professional mannerBeing rude to costumers is not excepted. Need major training.Young girl glasses hair tied back green jacket looks like she is lost !!!! .Try and do the job you are hired for . And be a bit more pleasant.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!!They can't even prepare a decent salad, forgot chicken , don't have things for the salad. This is a salad place.

They've fallen off. One time I ordered a green goddess with chicken yet got no chicken in my salad. Other time, my boyfriend's sandwich was missing ingredients which was not conveyed to us, and this time it was my salad dressing that barely had any dressing in the container. Be weary of ordering online. These places are just happy to have a body work for them however some staff don't take pride in their work nor care to provide exceptional customer service anymore.
