Perkins American Food Co.

Well my friend got pretty upset because the waitress didn't keep up on refreshing his drinks. He said he never wanted to go here again.. The food was delicious though..Can't believe the drinks are $4 !

Went to this restaurant this morning for breakfast, the food was at best ok I got the two egg omelet with toast very small and bland for 15.00 as we were finishing up. Large roach crawled out from under the seat I was sitting on. I killed it with a napkin my significant other pointed out that there were good and crumbs under my seat from who knows when as the restaurant was almost empty ( maybe 8 customers) when we went in. I showed the roach to the waitress who seemed wholly unconcerned. She said she didn’t want it put it on my plate. Looked around a bit more after that. There was a 3 ‘ round stain on the ceiling overhead from the a/c vent. Tomorrow I will be calling their board of health!

Their pies are so good!! However I was a little disappointed when we finally got into the pie slices today only to find that the Coconut Cream slice not looking too good (not sliced as good as it could've been) and the slice of Lemon Meringue not having a bottom crust! What's up with that?!

The staff and food at this Perkins is amazing. Great place to bring your family for any time of day !

Breakfast was great. The staff was great and the food was very very good, but the coffee was mediocre.

Went there Sunday hoping to get their $4.99 meal deal. Told that it is only during the week. Our meals were good. The waitress was very attentive. However, they need to work on their floors. There was food crumbs under the table, and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. There is a trail of dirty carpet all around the dining area. If this is what we can see, what else is there that is unseen. I know times are tough right now all over. But to me a dirty carpet tells me things are not kept very clean. I saw where another customer noted the same things last week. Just what I saw gives me pause about returning.

Susan was a terrific waitress and food was v eye good. Cooked to prefection

Food not cooked to order. And cold. Server was very polite and offered to correct issue. Place was not busy, so the cook has no excuse. This has happened in the past

Perkins on 434 Winter Springs and never has a manager. They owe me a refund for $29 and change. I’ve been coming back-and-forth here since December 6 to get my money back. I’ve left my name my number for a manager to call me back the sun and particular and he has never return my phone calls. I was charged on two different cards. When I brought it to his attention, he told me along with the waitress that it is going to fall off. I informed him it will not fall off because it has been taken and deducted from my balance in my bank does not operate as such. I have been calling these people back-and-forth. I have been coming up here back-and-forth, and it is so ridiculous that no one is able to give me a refund. I’ve even went to the other 711 that they own right up the block you know this is ridiculous. I would never eat at this place I would not support this place which is I am one of the Original workers when this place first opened so this is not something that I would do for is leaving a bad review but I can care less because they do not care anything about me. I am a single mother $29 may not be much to them, but every cent counts for me .

Dirty, slow- only one waitress. Didnt even get silverware until after she brought the food and we had to call her back to the table after she walked away. Asked for no gravy and got it anyway, turkey was dry and tasted old. Had to send back pancakes because blueberries were spoiled.

This was a very nice Perkins. Food was really good. I had the club sandwich and wife had breakfast.

The blueberry muffin was amazing
