I am 71 years old and I had the best omelette I have ever had in my life.. The taste and appearance was appetizing and perfect. we had great service. Everyone was kind we think the chef, our server Susan, and the Lady who sat us at our table. This was at the Perkins in Winter Springs. Thank you

We went for a family breakfast (my husband, daughters, and granddaughter) and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We asked for a large booth — the restaurant was nearly empty (only two other tables) — but the hostess still had to “check.”

Once seated, it took about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us, then another 10 minutes just to get our drinks (all coffee and one chocolate milk). After that, we waited 30 minutes for food with no one checking on us during that time.

When my order finally arrived, my chocolate chip pancakes had no chocolate chips. I politely asked about it, and the waitress sighed when I requested they be remade like the menu picture (chips in the pancakes, not on the side). By the time my three pancakes came back out, the rest of my family had already finished eating.

To top it off, when it came time to pay, the hostess couldn’t even be bothered to get off her personal phone — she just stuck out her hand for payment without a word.

Needless to say, we won’t be back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Not sure how this place has 4 stars, from the moment you enter and notice the lack of staff, tables not cleaned, sticky floors and only one server(who also did everything else). To top the experience off, the corn I ordered with my chicken strips had a smell and taste as if it was either bad or about togo bad, the manager or owner we think, asks us how everything is, we let him know and all he does is call the cook who was sitting at one of the booths to let him know. We asked for a separate plate for pancakes so eggs wouldn't be doused in syrup but never got it. It was just bad overall and we won't recommend this place or return to it

Well my friend got pretty upset because the waitress didn't keep up on refreshing his drinks. He said he never wanted to go here again.. The food was delicious though..Can't believe the drinks are $4 !

Went to this restaurant this morning for breakfast, the food was at best ok I got the two egg omelet with toast very small and bland for 15.00 as we were finishing up. Large roach crawled out from under the seat I was sitting on. I killed it with a napkin my significant other pointed out that there were good and crumbs under my seat from who knows when as the restaurant was almost empty ( maybe 8 customers) when we went in. I showed the roach to the waitress who seemed wholly unconcerned. She said she didn’t want it put it on my plate. Looked around a bit more after that. There was a 3 ‘ round stain on the ceiling overhead from the a/c vent. Tomorrow I will be calling their board of health!

Their pies are so good!! However I was a little disappointed when we finally got into the pie slices today only to find that the Coconut Cream slice not looking too good (not sliced as good as it could've been) and the slice of Lemon Meringue not having a bottom crust! What's up with that?!

The staff and food at this Perkins is amazing. Great place to bring your family for any time of day !

Breakfast was great. The staff was great and the food was very very good, but the coffee was mediocre.
