This is a great location. The owner is very friendly and the gentleman that was working yesterday did an amazing job. He was by himself with 8 customers, stayed calm, kind, and move the line along well. The smoothies are always delicious.

The sign says they're open till 9:00 p.m. I arrive at 8:48 p.m. but the employee said she had already logged out of the computer and could not serve me. I asked her to reconsider given that the sign says she serves customers until 900pm, but she would not. As I sat there typing out this review, she turned off the lights and left at 855pm. So if you want service, get there early.

I love planet smoothie, first time at this location me and my friend ordered a peanut butter punch and PB blues, easily one of the worst smoothies we’ve ever had, they tasted like nothing if I had to describe it, it tasted like water and clay, I let the women working know that we did not like them and she said she could add somthing that was it, I asked if she could refund us and she said she can’t only a manger can and there’s no manager. Honestly a waste of my money and calories, even after she added somthing… disgusting and how can an employee not refund ? I’ve worked in the food industry and a simple call to the manger would suffice…*** UPDATE***The owner and manager offered to remake the smoothies for us, definitely much better this time, not sure what happened, but amazing customer service they went out of there way to make it right I appreciate it !!!

Purchased 2 smoothies as meal replacements that were so terrible tasting they were undrinkable. When I called to see about a redo or credit, I was told I had to do it immediately in store. Problem with that scenario is I purchased on my lunch break and raced back to work only to discover the drinks were awful. $20 wasted and will not return to that store because of the manager’s greedy policy. She could have appeased but chose not to.

I frequent Planet Smoothie locations often and this was a great disappointment. In short, the young lady doing everything was kind but inept. I asked for a smoothie, she said yes to making another one. I had to confirm several times she knew what I was talking about, and then she still made it incorrectly. It tasted like frothy infused fruit water. I order this smoothie consistently, sometimes daily, therefore I know the texture and taste well. She also rung up my snack items incorrectly, possibly double-charging me—because I can’t confirm because she wouldn’t give me a receipt. It didn’t print, and she blamed it on me not selecting the “print receipt” option on the card reader; that’s not an option at PS. She seemed confused and stunned when I asked her to print the duplicate. I got a shoulder shrug “too bad.” I would definitely love to speak to management about this experience. Had this been my first, I would never come back!

I lost my debit card in the store. When I went back to get it,it was nowhere to be found. The girl said I remember you,I put your card somewhere,but I don't remember where! WTH! Two days after they found it! Yeah right. It was too late I have cancelled.

Very Nice girl helped us at this location today. She was super fast and friendly, knew the products and what to recommend.. She said that she worked there for 9 months and then left for a short time and has now been back for a month.. They are LUCKY she came back, because she sure does represent the company top-notch.

I’m a regular at this location. I just bought a 32 oz smoothie and paid $9.09, I asked for a wide straw instead of the regular skinny one and the girl denied it because they are for the boba drinks, which is about the same price I paid or less!, HOW PETTY AND CHEAP!, great customer service! Lol smh
