Winter Springs Seafood Station

Food tasted great! Great atmosphere! Excellent Service! Would definitely recommend coming here for meal!

Waited an hour for food, only to not get the full order. Had to drive back, and asked her for a refund if the meal wasn't already done. I thought maybe they made it, but she just forgot to put it in the bag. (I know, we should have checked before we left)

However, instead of communicating with me, she gets the 1 cook in the back to start making the meal (and she was the only person taking orders and serving tables) and didn't communicate this to me as I wasted another 15 min to finally talk to her and tell her I want a refund and not wait for the food.

The fact she would even think I would want to wait another hour for it boggles my mind. I'm not surprised an error was made. It was mother's day and they were severely understaffed. I'm upset on how it was handled afterwards, and for them even being open if they are unable to provide decent service.

So my warning to y'all. DON'T GO ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE. Otherwise I'm sure it's fine.

Need a lot of help. Chicken was nasty.

Tried this place on a whim after learning of another location's closure and found a pleasant surprise. Fish was fresh and very thoroughly seasoned, staff were attentive, atmosphere was quaint and clean. My only gripe is the lack of condiment options. If they had a house-made tartar or cocktail I would likely be here on the regular.

I've done the fancy chains of seafood boil..and this place blows them away.. they have specials and big combos for 2.. simply spectacular. Try the boom or Hungry sauce... it's amazing!! Or combine them
