They ask for a tip before service and no one EVER listens. Why do I ask for my cold brew with heavy cream to be STIRRED specifically? Because your lids are not airtight.

Today I said “PLEASE STIR IT BEFORE YOU PUT THE LID ON” and you can always tell when the barista takes a shortcut. The lid is smeared with the beverage and there are drops that collect under the edges of the lid.

These drops eventually drip through, off the lid and onto your clothes during your commute to work, events, anything.

STOP SHAKING THE DRINKS WITH THE LIDS ON! THEY ARE NOT FULLY SEALED!

STOP PLACING YOUR HANDS ON THE LIDS WHEN YOU SHAKE THE CUPS!

WINDOW STAFF: STOP HANDING THE CUP TO THE CUSTOMER WITH YOUR HAND ON THE LID WHERE MY MOUTH GOES NEXT!

Take a cue from a Boba Shop with sanitation practices for how they keep a lid clean!

Gross. This is how germs spread. Your hand to the customer’s mouth.

When I am specific with my order, listen so I feel heard as a customer and please do the thing. I’m not paying or tipping for your shortcuts on quality assurance. Do better and think logical like a food and beverage sanitation manager would.

Plenty of photos below to show all the drops under this lid from being shaken. I’ve sipped several times before the photo and sipping does not cause drops under the lid.

The violent shaking needs to be stopped unless you’re doing it in a shaker prior to pouring in the customer’s glass. This is lazy for a $5.83 cup of cold brew! It takes one wooden stirrer and ten seconds to incorporate the cream and syrup well. Do your job!

Female barista working in DT window around 5:45am on 6/4 was extremely rude, slammed the drive thru window open and closed and glared at me while I was waiting for my order. I’m not chatty in the morning either, but she did not respond or speak when I said good morning, and asked for napkins and straws (which were tossed at me), or told her to have a great day. Coffee was watered down. Truly one of the worst experiences at Starbucks. The only good part of the visit was the food was hot.

Hear me when I say that the employees are fantastic, I just don’t understand why I have to account for at least a 15-20 min wait every. single. time I come to this location.

The drive through itself can only accommodate maybe 5-6 cars and no matter the time of day, the line is wrapped around the building (into the parking lot or street), and you’re waiting ridiculously long waits.

On multiple occasions I’ve ordered ahead, gotten in line, gotten frustrated with the waiting, parked, walked inside (even waited behind people who are ordering), told them I ordered ahead, gotten my items, went back out to my car & driven away before the car originally in front of me in line made it to the speaker & screen.

I write all of this to say that as a Starbucks customer for years, that in this particular location I hope that they prioritize drive through management and reducing wait times.

Unbelievable how long the wait time is for such a slow location compared to others I've been too. Also coffee tasted old, bitter. Gross and not the first time this has happened at this location. I don't want anything. Just fix it.

Your a coffee shop that is always out of coffee... Make that make sense. I've been here several times and they are always out of stuff. This time cold brew. This is why I hate coming to this location.

Waited in line forever so that my son could get his favorite drink “the pink drink “ to find out when it was finally my turn that they were out of ingredients to make it. Now I was stuck in the line and wasted valuable time.

I never write reviews and this isn’t to shame anyone but I’m hoping that by putting my word in something might change! I go to this starbucks very often and the baristas are sooo so sweet and fantastic. However, it appears management does not know how to handle being wrapped in a drive through. I completely understand if the store is understaffed or if a big order is at window but there is no reason i should be waiting 30-45 minutes in the line for one cup of coffee. At CFA, they park the bigger orders so that smaller orders can get on with their day. I highly recommend taking on this strategy. If not the parking method, why not limit how much someone can order in the drive through? Idk but either way I work right next door and about a week ago I joined the line at 11 when only about four cars were there. My shift was at 11:30. I was in that line until 11:45. I had to switch seats with my boyfriend so he could grab my coffee while I walked, on foot, to my job. Today I was treating my little sister to starbs and for whatever reason, we were stuck in that drive through for 35 minutes. Obviously I should know that there is a risk of waiting that long if I decide to join a drive through. Obviously I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. But again, it’s crazy that this is the second time this month. I’m just suggesting a method that might make people less angry and increase your quality of service. I love the staff at this location please don’t don’t take this the wrong way I just wanted to put in my two cents :)

Ordered thru the app and I normally don’t have issues with this location but damn. This was one sip and had to toss. I ordered a chai latte with 2 shots of espresso and soy. The drink was watery and had a very unpleasant burnt espresso taste. I honestly won’t be back.

Do not plan on visiting during peak hours if you need drive through. Abysmal set up that has traffic flow through the wrong lane of travel, blocking traffic in the plaza, and making it completely inaccessible from one of its entrances.

STARBUCKS MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE OFFICES.....
Your Tuskawillia location has massive drive thru overflow. This causes your customers to block the exit to Dodd. This also forces drivers to drive around your customers into oncoming traffic. This is directly Starbucks responsibility. Let this review be your warning, if I'm hit by another car leaving the Publix shopping center you will be held liable.

I went inside the shop to order an oat pecan latte and I have found some Starbucks so not have or run out of non dairy free foam or cream. This one actually has it which really pleases me!!! I would love to see all stores stocked up in non dairy cream as there are many people who are lactose intolerant or cannot digest milk products very well.

Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant.

Lots of outlets. Great place to work. Staff is good. Wish the tables were cleaned a little more often, but any time I’ve asked them to wipe the table down, they happily oblige.
