this starbucks is good except for one major design flaw. The drive through has no direction and allows for cars to butt in from the other side which is eay closer to the talk box, its incredibly disrespectful and adds anxiety to an alteady busy morning. espwcially when You've been waiting.

Heads up: third time at this location in the 7pm hour (they say they close at 8.). Walked in at 7.15 to find whole place being cleaned, chairs and tables turned over for the night. No where to sit. Happy to take my order and my money but had to go outside to drink and eat. I guess they need to close this location earlier in the day. Not cool.

I frequent this location as it’s by my home therefore giving this franchise thousands as an avid coffee drinker.It’s usually a pleasure and delight however today, I had a very disappointing experience.We placed a $42 order and only had hundreds on me as I just did payroll for my business but Cole refused to let Aaliyah break it for us because he “doesn’t have enough change” which is bogus as the amount of revenue this franchise makes.So we tipped Aaliyah the $58 for her wonderful service and her ability to try and go above and beyond for her guests.What a turn off by Cole’s “management” as the objective is to make your client happy and return.Aaliyah has customer service in her and you’re lucky to have her. Cole the manager can learn from her :)

Honestly. It's a Starbucks. Quality is generally the same everywhere. My 5 stars goes out to a guy who's always at the drive thru window named Phillip. He's just a nice dude. Everytime I come up he carries a small conversation with me. Even if they are out of something he's apologetic, which no need. Not his fault and it happens. Always a nice attitude and just a good energy.

I drive pass 2 other Starbucks to go to this location! Food and drinks are always made to perfection! Staff is amazing too! There is a particular Barista named Julie, that is always so sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It’s a shame there isn’t an option for more than 5 stars. This Starbucks is not only always spot on but every member of the staff is flawless with their customer service and that is very hard to get these days! (Props to the GM)! Today, we ordered some red pepper egg white bites, a spinach feta wrap, a white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew, and a vanilla shaken espresso. All of which we’ve had before and all of which I would recommend and get again from this location! If you’re in the neighborhood, I can promise you I’ve been to 3 of the Starbucks in the Winter Springs area, this is by far the best location!
