The cashier was very pleasant but we stood and waited and waited, workers tossed items up, whispered a name and left. No one was making sure customers got their food. My drink was completely missed and nobody seemed to have a clue about it. You need a person who is in charge of keeping the orders together and that actually cares about the customer experience. It was just a really poor experience.

Awesome experience! I had just come from another location where the baristas were not able to find any information about allergens in their products.
The barista at this location was knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful drink, great experience!

Dietary restrictions: I was able to get a gluten free non dairy caramel drink was is delicious! Knowledgeable baristas in this location!

Will say one baristas voice was off and the ice coffee she made was late and didn't taste right,I didn't complain but things could be better.

Barista at the speaker did not greet me properly. Nobody said hello, and when I said “hello”? He responded, “I’m waiting on you” very rude and unfriendly. Don’t forget these are the same people asking us for tips and get mad when not tipped!! Taking my business somewhere else.

My Granddaughter loves Starbucks. I can't pass one when I have Her in the car. They have the Best baked products I have ever eaten. If you haven't tried already you have to. I guarantee you will be glad you did

Really good service at this location. The only thing I wish they would’ve done was asked me what size I wanted and instead of assuming I wanted the same size as my friend that I ordered with it was well prepared and tasty.

It seems that I have encountered some issues at a particular Starbucks location for the second time. As a customer and a professional and social entrepreneur, I value efficient and pleasant experiences. I run my own business and believe that clear communication and friendly attitudes are essential in customer service. However, I have noticed that the managers' attitude towards the customer and the lack of clear instructions for certain procedures have been frustrating.

For instance, the drive-through option is convenient, but there are certain expectations that are not clearly communicated. When an order is incorrect and needs to be corrected, the app instructs you to pull up to the drive-thru window, assuming you have ordered online. However, upon arrival, I was told that I should have mentioned that I was there for an online order. This lack of clear communication and the onus being on the customer to explain the situation can be quite frustrating.

Furthermore, when addressing an incorrect order, the emphasis seems to be on the customer being wrong rather than providing a friendly and understanding approach. It would be helpful if the employees provided their name and displayed a customer-friendly attitude, especially when dealing with order discrepancies.

In addition, it would be beneficial if the app could provide information about any disruptions, such as drive-thru closures due to construction, to ensure that customers are well-informed.

I believe that clear communication, accountability, and maintaining a customer-friendly attitude, even in challenging situations, are crucial for business ethics. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the overall customer experience at this location.



Vegetarian options: Pretty straightforward and bland sometimes they forget to take out the cheese cuz these are pre-made sandwiches and that can be frustrating

The girl at the window looked miserable and annoyed when I asked for sauce and a straw. You are literally rushing to get me out. Starbucks keeps hiring people who hate their jobs. I honestly feel bad for those people. Hope her day gets better because she looked physically exhausted.
