The music here is so loud and annoying and in the morning no less. Impossible to sit and relax with a friend or do a little work on a laptop. The coffee and service was great but the music was a dealbreaker.

I haven't been to Starbucks in a long time, but I went to buy coffee today and encountered a woman with an extremely rude attitude! She had a sour face the whole time! Judging from the name on her clothes, it seemed to maribeth!

I was shocked today when I walked in hoping to get a cup of water for my dog because we were out for a long walk. The cashier said they couldn’t give me a cup of water unless I ordered something. I know the cashier didn’t make that policy, but it seems ridiculous. I didn’t challenge him though. I’m not familiar with Starbucks so I asked if they had something called a refresher because I thought I’d heard that term before. The cashier just stared at me. I said I was trying to find it on the menu, and again there was no response or help from him. I did end up finding it and ordered a flavored lemonade. I asked for the smallest size they had. It was $5.30 for a few ounces lemonade with a flavored syrup, and the cup was mostly ice. I know the employees don’t set the prices, but holy heck. What a poor establishment.

The cashier was very pleasant but we stood and waited and waited, workers tossed items up, whispered a name and left. No one was making sure customers got their food. My drink was completely missed and nobody seemed to have a clue about it. You need a person who is in charge of keeping the orders together and that actually cares about the customer experience. It was just a really poor experience.
