Guy taking the money didn’t give me my (4$) change. When I asked him for it, he acted confused and called a supervisor (?) over. Told told her that he still owed me my change and she looked at him and he actually said” so she says”. I told them to check the cameras and they immediately just gave me the 4$ I was owed. Very weird

Wanted to order at the register and nobody approached for 10 minutes so had to sit and order on the app. Couldn't use kiosks because some new items aren't on kiosks to order.

I went on Wednesday 7/16 around 10:00pm and i order 2 meals and 1 meals was charged and the other one was declined,,, they never give me my order the one was approved and then the cashier don’t know what to do and she cancelled.. I ask for return my money and she says the she cancelled and in 2-3 days my money went back to my account and that was charged on my accounts plus they not giving me my food… the service was bad,,, they are not what they doing and not satisfied the customer,, because we never ask to cancelled the meal was approved and we left without meal and charged $16.75 on my account and never returned to my account 😡😡

Just went to drive thru today 7-6-25 and the lady taking the order was really rude handing the food to us. First when I was ordering I have to make it loud because you can't hardly hear what she is saying on the speaker. Why is she so shy to talk louder since she is on a speaker. Her voice was so low seems like she just woke up when it's already 1:12pm. I believe before you put somebody to take orders from the window, they should be well trained on how to take orders so that customers doesn't have to keep repeating themselves on what they ordered. It's a very simple order a taco doritos and a regular nacho fries. But it took as 3 times before she got the order correctly. Please train your employees well.

As my girlfriend was ordering I had accidentally thrown up in the car. One of the drive thru ladies heard me and gave me a small starry for free and it instantly helped my nausea 🥹 Shoutout to her. Food was delicious!!! This new location is awesome and so close by my girlfriends house so we can get TB whenever 🔥🔥

This Taco Bell is hands down the best Taco Bell in the county. They always get modifications right, the tortillas are never stale, and the food is always hot. If I’m indulging in my guilty pleasure I will drive past every other location in the area.
I went Taco Bell to get breakfast at 10:25 am on June 28, 2025. The lady didn’t speak English, so asked her in Spanish and she said no more. I told her tried kiosko didn’t see breakfast. So young girl from drive thru said no more breakfast. She didn’t mentioned about time. I told her looked website and it said breakfast to 11 am
