Its a Taco Bell? What else is there to say? This location was on better end of the franchise spectrum so there is that. We all better get used it cause they win the restaurant wars of 2032 and everything will be taco bell, as far as the eye can see, so enhance your calm and have a joy joy day citizen.

Super unprofessional employee. I ordered a veg pizza and she served me a beef pizza. I am heavily allergic to beef as this is a major health concern. I started vomiting having allergic reaction, then when my husband called the manager, she completely hung up the phone. When my husband called again, the lady started cursing us out. I have been eating Taco Bell for a long time and I have never seen this type of disrespect from workers at this location. If employees do this, I’m not surprised, but even the manager cursed us out. Corporate needs to look into this and fire that lady.

Ordered one taco through the drive thru and didn't realize till I got home that I got charged for a different order and got the wrong one. Got charged more originally than what my total was but it wasn't much so no big deal. When I drove back up wasn't compensated in anyway or even offered a refund

Imagine: you're having a bad day, and craving your comfort meal (a crunch wrap supreme) and you go to a Taco Bell just for it to be carelessly thrown together. Sauce pooled in one corner, haphazardly wrapped, uneven distribution of meat. It's heartbreaking. But not when you go to this location. This is the second time that a crunch wrap supreme from this Taco Bell specifically has created a good ending to an otherwise terrible day. Perfectly constructed, even sauce placement throughout the handheld.

Just had to go back up because I got given the wrong order. They weren’t the nicest, had attitude with “We’ll fix it for you.” and didn’t smile at all but still ended up getting what i actually ordered. Got home just to have HAIR IN MY FOOD?????? I’ve worked in food industry before - THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP. And the food quality and taste now is just not the same as it was before the place got redone. I don’t know WHAT changed, but I miss how this location use to be. I’ve had a few other negative experiences here as well as my family members just a week ago, so I will likely not be returning to this location and I’d honestly save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Guy taking the money didn’t give me my (4$) change. When I asked him for it, he acted confused and called a supervisor (?) over. Told told her that he still owed me my change and she looked at him and he actually said” so she says”. I told them to check the cameras and they immediately just gave me the 4$ I was owed. Very weird

Wanted to order at the register and nobody approached for 10 minutes so had to sit and order on the app. Couldn't use kiosks because some new items aren't on kiosks to order.
