The food was good and they give you just the right amount of food. It's not so much you have a ton leftover but not so little that you're still hungry. They are also very fast with service.

There are 2 registers but there doesn't need to be 2 lines. Some lines move faster than others and that becomes an issue. There needs to be one line and everyone waits their turn for whatever register that becomes available. The restaurant layout wasn't the greatest.

Today I placed my order online and the queso, hot sauce were forgotten, the tomatoes and lettuce were old, I called and let Chris know they should take a look them because they are tasting old she said she would but take that for what it's worth. They do a good job most of the time but do forget things on delivery orders. I suggest picking up your order and double checking the bag before you leave the store for accuracy. Just a little extra attention would make the difference.

I went in and ordered my food. No one was there. It took forever to get food.. get home they forgot few items. And the chips were stale and the little tacos were chewy. Terrible!!! I don't recommend this place!

Tijuana Flats is a great place to satisfy cravings. The hot sauce bar is 🔥!

Slow slow slow! Employees horsing around in the kitchen taking their time. Felt bad for the young lady in the front.

Got the new street tacos and they didn't make it off the to go container before it fell apart. Couldn't even hold it together. Chips were also stale and very little compared to other times. Sauce just seems like it was squirted on there from the bottle.

We have been using to-go at the Lake Mary location for many years and I can count more times they screw up the order than they got it right. The quality of their products has also gone downhill. I don’t blame the workers, I blame management for allowing it to happen. Tijuana Flats filled for chapter 11 bankruptcy last year and closed a bunch of locations. No surprised! We are done with them. Tore up the to-go menu and through it in the trash.
