After waiting curbside for over 20 minutes I went inside to nicely ask for my food assuming they were just busy and I wanted to help them out but my food was just sat on a back counter the entire time, was cold, they were not too busy and there was plenty of staff to run it out.

We keep coming here hoping it will be better but honestly it seems like the people that work here are just lazy. They never give you all of your sauce that u pay for. The fries are always cold and never filled up all the way. These folks need to do better fr u have one job bruh just do it right

I Ordered food on the app, My card got charged and I had an email confirmation/reciept at the right store, but the store never received the order. Either the Manager or the assistant Manager wanted me to wait at least 30 minutes before he could even attempt to help me, insisting the money would go back on my card within 20-30min. Even though that time had already passed from time I Ordered the food to the time I could get somebody at the register . I've worked in hotels, so I understand the pain of refunding people. So I waited patiently, even though it's a 7 day return policy minimum at most places. Still had trouble getting my food, even after an hour after I made my order. But thankfully the Guy named Jordan (I think it was) actually looked at my reciept and knew me as a regular, went ahead and made my food for me. Nice guy, the rest of the staff needs more training and more attention to the register. Fries were hot.. so theres that.

Service was non-Existant and store was trashed..like nothing wiped down for hours. How do i know, i was in this store 6 hours ago picking up an online order and the same french fry is still on the table with the same trash near tea machine..
Depressing what used to be a kids place. Service is a shelf after you order off a screen. Hope these franchises stick up to corporate this is sad

Guys please change the oil for the fries more often is the second time we get our fries testing like they were fried in car oil even my toddler refuses to eat it and she loves McDonald’s fries :(

My gf came up there around 11 yesterday and said they said they don’t have it on the screan but in my app it says I ordered it as well as the money is out of my account I thought I would get a refund but i didn’t spoke to a manager she won’t re make my food if I can leave a worse review I would
