The service at the pick up window was unacceptable. The woman gave me my sandwich whenever she brought milk shake the cup was dripping with water a napkin on it her hand was wet. She made no effort to pass it to me I had to stretch to get it. She purposely did the same with the straw. I have oxygen I need, perhaps she was afraid I was contagious, I am not. My milkshake was terrible, I tossed it out. Big Mac was slopped together, I only ate a couple bites. I don't plan on visiting again.

They need a Manager Who knows how to manage MC Donald... here in Beal Parkway FWB... since the one there is is a spoiled one, very bad service, the potatoes are always cold, the food is always very bad.

Everywhere is short staff but most of the time when I come they try to help as much as they can . It looks like a staffing issue .

Almost always leaves items out of my order, just now they didn't give me any sauce even though I explicitly asked to try the new limited sauce option in the store. Fries are frequently old and soft.McDonalds isn't cheap anymore, yet we get no improvement to service to go with the increased prices.

Scotty the manager of this McDonald's is terrible! He never acknowledges walk in customers. He tells emoyees drive thru first even if a walk in has been there 10 minutes earlier. The place is disgusting and always has garbage and food all over the floor. When i questioned him he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a job and could do better. He is a rotten manager and needs to learn how to talk to people. Refuse to go there EVER again!

Very very poor service. As we walked in not greeted. I had to. I ordered burger and 10 piece nugget. I waited 19 minutes for my food. People came in ordered large orders. And I'm still waiting! So I asked for a refund. He didn't say let me check and see or apologize. This is worst service I've ever experienced from a supervisor/manager/ team lead ever.Beal Pkwy

I went through the Drive-Thru this morning and ordered my husband some breakfast before he goes to work. The cashier at the 1st window was Shawna, She was the most kindest, friendliest, and cheerful Cashier I've ever had at any McDonald's. I was $1 short on my order a d as I'm going through my truck looking for some change Shawna said it's ok Ma'am don't worry about it I'll take care of it for you!. Now I know it's only $1 but never have I ever had an employee anywhere not get frustrated or upset cause I don't have the $1 or I'm taking to long looking for change. Shawna displayed the Best Customer Service I've ever seen. Not just by doing that but she was kind, friendly, Patient and had the biggest Smile on her face during it all. Thank you Shawna for proving that there's still Good And Friendly people and employees in this world.
