Moonshine samples, yes please.
But this location also has canned food for sale. Drinks. And fresh baked pies. The pies looked good, but I didn’t partake this time.
Also, U-pick blueberries and fresh peaches. The peaches are so juicy and sweet!!
The best blueberry moonshine
The moonshine is homemade and is delicious. My favorite is the blueberries. You can go and try the different flavors of moonshine. Also, they made pie 🥧, apple, and blueberry, and my favorite is the one with tomatoes.
So yummy! The drinks & samples, the pies. You can pick blueberries and hangout. A great place to sit and enjoy Florida.
Stopped by to see what they had and was disappointed. The old lady wasn’t friendly at all, we said hello and was met with silence. It was obvious she was annoyed that she had customers.
Other reviews and flattering pictures raised our expectations too high for this location.
We had a 3pm 'tour' scheduled. We walked in at 2:55, identified ourselves as we had just been on the phone with them an hour prior, and started looking around the little shop and talking to the two women that worked there.
Come 3:05 we asked how the tour worked and were told we just missed it? But one of the women said she would run through it for is.
There are a dozen barrels on their back porch for fermenting the fruit.
There is a Still barrel in the corner of their shop for distilling it, and there is a shed on the side of the porch where the barrels are stored for the next several months while they finish aging.
That's it, that's the tour.
It all felt a little unsanitary but bacteria can't grow in the alcohol at least.
The taste testing was okay. One woman would fill up those tiny 'shot cups' about halfway so you got a decent taste.
The other would stop as soon as there was liquid in the cup so the alcohol taste overpowered the flavor.
All the reviews raved about the pies so we pre ordered a chicken pot pie and a soprano. We had requested to eat there after the tour when we made the reservation, but there was a misunderstanding and the pies were not ready to eat at that time.
They went and got them from somewhere else once we got there, and they were between room temp and slightly warm, so we are not sure how long they were sitting out on a counter somewhere.
We took the pies home and heated them up. There were no reheating instructions so we guessed.
The soprano tasted like a pizza with tomatoes in it. It had cheese instead of crust, and overall it tasted good.
The chicken pot pie was okay. It tasted heavily of peas, and the crust was very bland. I had to remove the rim of crust, stir up the rest and add a lot of pepper, and it turned out okay. Not the best I've had, but it's better than the frozen store bought ones.
We had a great time tasting shines with Terry. Nice place.
Biker friendly and a hidden gem that many people don't even know it exists
Very friendly staff and we even met the owner, Doug! He gave us a tour of the place and he was very friendly. The moonshine is amazing and better than the moonshine place in Mt. Dora in my opinion. They have a lot of things that can be bought as gifts and their chicken pot pie ? is is so good.
Best drinks and pies and unique flavors must check this place out!!!! Terry is so nice and friendly love her samples and bloody Mary’s are champs!!! Oh don’t forget to get the chicken pot pies and also try the other tomatoes one as well!!

Nice little place to visit, try some spirits and bring some home.
We had a fun experience here. We came in on a Saturday. There was BBQ and various choices in pot pies for lunch. We chose a chicken pot pie and an Italian pot pie both were very good. Moonshine is not really my thing but I did enjoy the lemonade cocktail made with blueberry moonshine. This was also a Harvest Host spot for us for the night. Great stay! It was quiet and plenty of room for our rig.
Great sign
Super cute place on the side of the road. Just down from the bakery. Great personable service!
Very cute, family run business. We sampled their spirits and had a great convo with the girl that works there. Would love to come back for their blackberry and blueberry picking season!
