So I was always taught that the change jar by the register as if you need five or $.10 that way you don’t have to break a dollar and you can just go on about your way, am I understanding that correctly?

Was told by the young lady behind the counter that made my sandwich who was extremely rude that it was a tip jar. Lol I’ve always been taught that it’s there if you need it, etc.. I reach in to pull out eight cents mind you I was just at this location at 3 o’clock in the morning and got a breakfast sub when I was headed to Miami. I come back to get a 6 inch meatball which the total was 7.08$ and her seven dollars cash reach in to pull out eight cents I get scolded is our tip jar that’s how we make our tips. I’m not a rock scientist, but no means but I was always taught that a tip jar said tips on it. Idk maybe I’m wrong idk

If I could give it a minus 2 stars I would..the worst customer service ever..the young lady is extremely rude and verbally abusive, lucky is a female..I am trying to find out who the real manager is..this place shouldn't be at this pilot facility..

I had a very bad experience at this Subway. The manager does not know how to handle customer relations; instead of providing courteous service, she was rude and disrespectful, even verbally mistreating customers who were just waiting for their orders. At a fast-food place, one expects speed, cleanliness, and above all respect, but here the manager's attitude makes the visit very unpleasant.

I definitely do not recommend this location until measures are taken to improve customer service. Good food does not make up for such unprofessional treatment.

One of the best Subways I've ever eaten at. My subs were amazing, well put together and the team behind the counter really pitched in to help one another. The line was out the door so that tells you how successful this Subway is. Manager even came out to help with the influx of customers, making subs and greeting customers. Even though they don't participate in the Rewards Program, the reward of having your sub fresh from start to finish and made the way you want it is the best reward of all.

Lifes Great

Came in around 930 pm , ordered a meatball sub and a bmt , meatballs were dry and burnt bread was under cooked in general. Bmt. The young lady that finished it up just threw toppings on the lettuce was brown from sitting to long then as she's closing the sub she lost most of the toppings on the board and just rolled it up , then put a hot and cold sandwich in same bag smh . I do know that one of the young men were in training so I let that slide , but burnt me at and undercooked rolls is not acceptable.definetly some retraining needed as they were not busy at all 2 customers including myself
