This place is like Chik fil A when it comes to service. The two women behind the counter could not have been nicer or more cheerful. Food came out fast, extra sauce. Spot on, everything. I left feeling good about humanity again. Seriously, sometimes I leave McDonalds etc. thinking, “well, that’s just how it will always be”. This Arby’s proved me wrong. Well done Yulee Arby’s, well done.
Really wanted one of their 🍔. Pulled up to the drive thru and sat there and waited for 15 mins and no one took my order. I left..... Get it together. I really love the 🍔....

I did a mobile order, and needed a special accommodation on my sandwich that the website wouldn’t allow, so I called in. The manager (Jared “captain of the ship 🤗) on staff is amazing, very polite, friendly, and accommodating, personable and a joy to talk to. He took special notes to get my order correct and didn’t make me feel stupid. I haven’t had Arby’s in years, but being pregnant it’s like my first craving.

Curly fries were disappointing, 2 or 3 Curly fries and a bunch of little pieces. Tried the brisket bacon sandwich, think that I'll stick with the roast beef sandwich. Great staff, and very clean. Overall a good experience we will be back.

Have been in several times because we like to eat lunch early and they open for lunch prior to 10:30. It's not uncommon for doors to still be locked and to be told they are not quite ready. This last visit was it for us. Door locked at 1010 once in we were told we'd have to wait. The older guy was so disinterested in helping us he was rude. Then the food came. How can the fries be cold and the roast beef was obviously from the day before, black and literally hard. GROSS
The chicken bacon and swiss sandwich here is a million times better than every other Arbys.

At 1:09.52, I was at the drive thru of Arby's to order 4 for $10 Classic Roast Beef. Received for Classic Roast Beef sandwiches and FOUR WHOLE SAUCES; 2 Arby sauces and 2 Horsey sauces. next time before I leave the window I will make sure I have 4 Arby sauces and 4 Horsey. The cashier at the drive thru was a super nice guy, he just didn't get it when I requested the sauces.

Changed my review from. 5 star to 1 because every time I go here they forget something. This time it was my daughter's curly fries. I'm sick of overpriced fast food places not bothering to 100% verify the order. It's very inconvenient and infuriating to over pay and not even get what you pay for.
