Arthur did an excellent job at the drive through and gave us immediate service with a friendliness I can only describe as “pre-covid customer service”. He was so nice and made sure we had everything in our order.

I was excited to try the new philly cheese Arby's has been promoting, i understand the product never turns out like the picture, but come on people, its a 10 dollar sandwich and it had a spoon full of meat in thr middle if the hoagie bun, literally no meat on 40% of the bread. Unbelievable. I do not recommend this or any other sandwich from this place.

After waiting 25 mins for one gyro wrap , you’d think I’d get fries that weren’t hard an stale , but nope my food sat longer then I did waiting for 1 order . If you’re gonna take almost 30 min to make one gyro wrap how about making some fresh fries for the customer while they wait? To much to ask even tho your whole slogan is fresh taste best

I am a bit annoyed usually they do well at this location but I ordered a gyro got home and there is a cup of cucumber dressing and no gyro!! It always the thing you want most. I guess I should have looked in the bag but dang it they are supposed to check before they give to you. Sucks cause I am not about to drive back up there. So lesson always be the jerk who holds everyone up at drive thru to che k your order!! Won't happen again
