Horrible experience! No Sugar cones! Ice Cream was very soft and melted quickly in the cones. Floors filthy, glass cases covered in finger prints. Ice cream from other carton dumped on top of newly opened containers and looked really disgusting! Booths full of crumbs and seats and backs smeared with food. Short, stocky female manager refused to give me a corporate or franchisee phone number (said she is in total control of the store). Said she already cleaned everything and refused to come see what I was talking about. She said there is no one else I could talk to so she refused to give me a number to call. We were there around 12:30 PM. She was very rude when I politely asked her for an owner or corp. to call. I can’t imagine the Health Department allowing them to stay open.
I went there this past Saturday to pick up my sons ice cream polar pizza cake for his 18th birthday. I got there and grabbed the cake out of the freezer, got to my car and noticed it was melting everywhere! I opened the box and it was all melted and looked like a finger print in the center 🤮. I took the cake back inside and the girl said oh it said the pickup was 4 so we left it on the counter and forgot about it. I got there close to 5. She said as soon as we noticed we put it in the freezer.... for it to be melted and the cookie to be almost soggy it had to have been sitting out the whole time. I appreciate the girls honesty, but it does not take much common sense to know that a cake with ice cream needs to remain in the freezer. I will not be returning to this location.
Came here twice while on vacation because we don't have them back home anymore. First time our order was super unorganized and they kept asking us what we ordered. Second time they didn't even have the ice cream we wanted and we waited for 30 minutes and were told to then pull forward. All we ordered was milkshakes for the kids because they didn't have what I wanted at all. Finally had to go in and ask for our money back.
Ordered two banana splits through Grubhub but when the driver arrived they were out of hot fudge, caramel, Cookie Monster ice cream AND coconut ice cream. So basically, they had bananas… and disappointment. The best part? They still tried to charge me $25 because my order had “already started” I guess peeling the bananas counted as progress. Had to argue just to get a refund. Next time I’ll just buy my own ice cream and avoid the emotional rollercoaster
Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered on the BR mobile app mid August from the Yulee FL location. The order confirmed in full and we were charged. However, nothing was available when we went to pick up order....and no response on the claim for a refund a full month later. What a damn joke.

Ordered from Ubereats a triple scoop with three flavors off the menu, and when I recieved it, only one out of three scoop flavors were correct. Additionally one of the incorrect scoops looked like it had nuts in it and I happen to have a very severe peanut allergy... I've learned my lesson, always go to Cold Stone Creamery and not this bull.

I ordered a cake online and at pickup it was wrong. Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!

This week my daughter turned five and her one request was a strawberry ice cream cake. We are an artificial dye free family, so I went to Baskin Robbins because their ice cream is numbered dye free as of 2019.The lovely cake decorator, Amber, spent loads of time with me checking ingredients on all her products. They do use a numbered dye additive for their frosting when making it colored and their sprinkles also had dye in them. They did have dripping chocolate in chocolate brown, neon green, and orange that were numbered dye free. And their chocolate sprinkles were dye free.Amber even added Happy Birthday onto the board cause she knew I didn't want the colored icing on the cake. She was super sweet.Overall I was happy with the experience, but I wish they had more dye free options for their frostings, chocolate drip, and toppings.

My sons 2nd birthday was today and he has an egg allergy. I was having trouble figuring out what to do about his cake since most contain eggs and vegan cakes are hard to find. We decided to try an ice cream cake but most places still use cake with their ice cream cakes. I called Baskin Robbins and Amaya helped me out. She got in touch with Amber and confirmed that she could get an all ice cream cake created just the way I wanted. Amber did a great job with it and everyone including the birthday boy enjoyed it. I’m so thankful that they were able to do this for me especially on short notice. Thank youAmaya and Amber and Heavenaya. I really appreciate you guys helping make my sons birthday great!
No chocolate. No 31 flavors. Milk shake machine broke. Stay far away from this dumpster fire

Tonight there were virtually no flavors of ice cream to choose from. The scoops were very small. 2 single scoops in 2 cups was over $9. This is the last time I go to Baskin Robbins. I’ll just go to the grocery store and get an entire gal for less.
Yeah….totally should have read the reviews before subjecting myself to this dumpster fire. To Baskin-Robbins: do yourself a favor and clean house. Because I’m not confident that the morose, attitude-laden monsters running this place aren’t spitting in my food because they’re mad at the world. No greeting, no kind word, no “enjoy your ice cream”….nothing but dark looks. You are seriously failing and need to take a page out of Publix’s book.I get that times are hard. But they ain’t that hard. Because Publix is crushing it. LMK when you have decent staff and maybe I’ll be back.
It’s 9:40pm, lights on but doors lock. Door sign says close at 10pm as well as online. Workers saying nothing but inside, moving around! Get the hours right or honor the hours posted on your door.
Customer service was great with an exception of one young female who stood out with an attitude. Our smoothies were delicious.
Went in to get a milkshake and workers kept walking by not a hey be right with you or how are you. Will never try again.
