We used Bliss Cakery to make our wedding cake. Jodie and her team made the most beautiful cake and it was delicious. She also included a gluten free cupcake for my mom as a surprise. They were so wonderful to work with and made our tasting so much fun. I look forward to visiting them on our trips to Fernandina in the future.

From our pre-wedding tasting, to our post-wedding experience, Bliss Cakery exceeded my expectations in every way! Jodi is a joy to work with and so knowledgable in her skills. My husband and I didn't get to fully enjoy our cake on our wedding day besides a small bite, however, we thawed out part of it after our wedding and were amazed at how good it was!! It then sat on our counter for a few days and was eaten WAY too quickly! HA! So delicious! My family also had their fair share of cake post-wedding (privileges to those who take care of all the things after the wedding! ;)) while we were on our honeymoon and they all raved about it! Even my family members who were skeptical of the gluten-free cake said it was amazing! Jodi, thank you for sharing your talent with us!!

Hubby ordered me a very delicious cake for my 40th Birthday in February!!!! I loved everything about it, it was moist, light, fluffy, not to sweet, refreshing with the Raspberry filling inside (could have used more of it ?). I loved the naked look and the decorations on it, it matched my decorations and color perfectly!!!! Everyone couldn't get enough of it and loved it as much as I did.

I'm always in search of the perfect gluten-free cupcake. I was excited to try Bliss Cakery, so I bought one chocolate and one vanilla cupcake in gluten-free. I'm sad to say the cake itself was dry, crumbly, and lacked flavor. The icing was extremely sweet and was piled over an inch high (which I don't like, as it overwhelms the cake part). I sure wish their gluten-free cupcakes were more moist and flavorful. I've had gluten-free cupcakes that were absolutely to die for, but we don't live near those bake shops anymore.

We also had a wonderful assortment of desserts like mini cupcakes, cookies, and brownie bites for guests - and they absolutely raved about the flavors! Everyone loved it - highly recommend this shop.
