We hadn't visited this BK near I-95 Fernandina Beach Exit since they had remodeled, etc. What a pleasure! We were there for breakfast, and the croissants were hot and delicious. The counter folks were nice. Coffee was hot and good. The dining area was very clean, with all-new tables, chairs, booths, etc. Before we left, the on-duty manager, Lisa, came by to ask if all was well, etc. She was very nice and very proud of their facility, their food, and their service. Both of us told her what a great remodeled dining room they had, and about how much we enjoyed our breakfast. Thank YOU, again, Lisa. We will be visiting BK near I-95 at Yulee/Fern. Beach more often!

To be honest this burger king was horrible about a year ago.They have turned thing around at least the food is good hot not cold like it use to be. Happy to return there since I know the food will not be cold!

Stopped in for lunch while on our way home to Kentucky from Orlando. Ordered to go to eat on the road. My granddaughter bit into her shopper to find a huge hairball. Everyone was immediately ill from seeing that. The other granddaughter bit into her cheese stick about the same time to find a hair in her food too. Most all our food then went in the trash. We were already several miles down the road so we couldn’t just take it back in and no one had an appetite after that. Will definitely avoid this restaurant on or trips from now on. We first had to make a trip back inside to get nuggets left out of the bag. Then only to find no honey mustard and had to go back inside. Then find hair in two products.

Good luck on even getting someone to acknowledge your presence at the counter. Multiple workers looked, but said nothing. Left and went across the street to Wendys andxwas immediately taken csre of.
Great ppl and great service. Food was burger king quality so it just depends on if you like their taste of food.

The food was slow only to come wrong. Not how I ordered, go back in took another 30 plus mins. I should have known when pulling up and there were a sprinkling of cars when other places were over crowded it was going to be an experience.
