Sadly we were traveling back to NC and stopped here. The lady in the drive thru wasn’t very nice as I placed my order. She and my husband got into a yelling match. Unfortunately, customer service was non existent and it caused a problem.

I placed a mobile order online, and used crowns to pay, when i came through the drive thru the lady had an obvious attitude and was missing my cheese sticks. i came back and literally showed her my receipt from my order i just made that clearly showed the cheese sticks and she refused to give them to me and said there was nothing she could do about it. while i literally have my receipt and im showing her. i work at the wendy’s down the street and i know she could’ve done more especially with a receipt it took my crowns and she basically told me i was screwed.

Been coming to this restaurant off and on for 4 yrs now.... menu board posts cheaper prices then they charge you.... I always get the same 2 items so its easily spotted they stealing from guests... I still have receipts and date stamped photos of menu board.... this King needs to be in the stockade.... I will not be returning...

Went to get a regular burger with my father. Payed for 2 regular chicken burgers and got 2 juniors as bought for large fries and served with medium! ? Don't recommend aswell as atmosphere is

First time in this restaurant. Surprisingly good. Everyone was nice and helpful. Wanted a veggie burger and it was super tasty. Extra requests were taken into account. The preparation was really quick. There wasn't much going on inside at 5 p.m. It was very cool in the restaurant. Gladly again.Vegetarian options: The Whopper was available as a vegetarian burgerParking: There are plenty of parking spaces around the building
