Let me pre-face this by saying that I always end up waiting in the drive-thru here. They lost all commintment to speed when they added the waiting areas. When I sit in a waiting area while four cars behind get their food that is just bad business. When I get my food and it's luke warm and order is wrong; that is worse because it's not even enjoyable after the drive home, why did we even have to wait. Also, if someone orders 3 fries and 2 orders of nuggets. TWO KETCHUPS ARE NOT ENOUGH. All for nothing at this location anymore. Hopefully when they get the new one built they'll get back to the way they were. Plenty of thank you, but no pleasure.

I love Yulee Chick-Fil-A so much! Food is always fresh & tasty. They never get my order wrong except yesterday I got two diet cokes instead of regular cokes that I ordered (which diet is so gross to me because the aftertaste) but I was already home by the time I noticed so I couldn't go all the way back there just to get my cokes fixed so I called the store and the nicest person ever told me they'd fix it no problem just next time I come through to mention the mix up from today's date. While I couldn't make it back to the store today, I ordered UberEats and my delivery Driver was so sweet and asked them for my cokes for me and they gave it to her no problem! Really made my day, even though it is just soda, but it means a lot to have a nice coke to wash my sandwich down with 😂 Thank you tons! Keep up the fantastic job you all do there ❤️

As usual the line was super busy but they had the staff working outside, taking orders and everything went through smooth and quickly. It took us about 5 minutes to get our order, which was great. The only complaint I have is that the french fries were soggy. I guess when they're that busy, they have to cook a lot ahead of time. It would be nice if they were crispier. Otherwise, great food. Great service.

I had a mobile order earlier, I went inside to pick up my order and this European guy who was standing next to Kennedy ignored me. Two white men walked up and asked for service and help immediately helped them but I was ignored completely. He didn’t say anything until I got in Kennedy’s line but I bluntly said you didn’t ask me if I needed anything when I was standing near you. I requested a refund because literally lost my appetite. It’s seems to me a certain employee needs a refresher on ethics!

Can I give 10 stars? Fe an associate was cleaning the women’s washroom and she stopped to take my 4yo to the stall, help her potty and lifted her to wash her hand. That’s going above and beyond and I appreciate this team!
