I take back my previous review. I went in this evening and sat down at the bar. I was there for several minutes. Employees buzzing around. No one acknowledges me. Then a couple walks in sits down at the bar and a bartender immediately show up to take their order while ignoring me. Sorry I bothered to come in. I went over to the San Jose Mexican restaurant and had great service.

I ordered the 3 for Me Smash Burger with Mac N Cheese. They gave me fries instead. The fries were fresh, but DEFINITELY not what I ordered. When I called to tell the young lady I wanted the burger rare, she asked if that was all , but didn't get any info from me. My burger was well done.

Food was good, I ordered the shrip Alfredo and the noodles where undercooked. Their mozzarella sticks were great! They were more like a mozzarella loaf, they were huge and well worth the price. Service was okay, it was later in the evening so they may have been understaffed causing the slow turnaround for our meals ordered. Overall though, my family and I had a good experience.

1st try at this pick-up thing. Using the ap was easier than expected. We had to get home but had hankering for a good reasonably priced steak. Chili's is the only place in this area. Everywhere else is $$$. We live in a condo. So we can't grill our own. This was a perfect option. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. And we got free chips and salsa on top of it all.

I started going here with a group of coworkers and now my son and I go regularly. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this Chili's is consistently very good. The service is always hardworking, friendly and competent. The food is usually awesome and even when they have an off day, it is very good. And the price is very reasonable. Just an awesome restaurant to have in the community.

Had a mellow date night and it was great. We got there and they said it would be a 25-30 minute wait, but we only waited maybe 15 minutes before our table was ready. Our server Ms Joana (i am most definitely spelling that wrong) was attentive and friendly, and made sure we were set. Drinks (Eddy's Lemonade & Titos punch) were perfect, and the food was good. Only complaint I have is the steak (Surf&Turf Ribeye)had a ton of gristle, I ended up bringing 3/4 of it home for my dogs. The little bit I was able to eat was great flavor and cooked perfect. Hubby had the tenders and fries and had zero complaints, and our fried mozzarella app was delicious. All in all a great experience.

I've been visiting Chili's for many years. My favorite entree to order is fajitas. I love the charred effect of the sizzling cast iron. This visit ....was not that. The veggies looked like they were cooked on low in oil, and the chicken was almost under cooked with no sear at all and covered in some sort of sauce or dressing I've never seen. When I asked about it, I was told that is how the fajitas are made and if I've ever ordered fajitas at Chili's...this was how they came. Umm...what?! My daughter's fruit cup (mandarin oranges) came out with a slice of jalapeno buried in the bottom. They immediately took it away and brought another out. But I was so disappointed with the visit. Not all experiences are the same and I am sure it's just a bad day. Hopefully they will get it right the next time.

It's a good chili's. Very busy when we came but got a spot at the bar and Toya took great care of us. 2 for 1 beers was a nice surprise. Buffalo chicken sandwich smacked too. I'd come back for that!

We usually skip chilies because it is awful. But we decided to try tonight. We sat at the Bar and Shannon the bartender was hands down amazing. She used my name multiple times and hers. She was attentive and so amazing. I work at the Ritz Carlton and well she belongs there. The food was actually really good for once.
