Chili's used to my favorite, but not any more. The quality of food has gone down, while prices go up and size is smaller. Gone are the 2 for 1 and quality of drinks. Management is always changing. Help is still great, but one can tell the changes are taking its toll. If another restaurant opens, like Roadhouse, Chili's will be toast.

I take back my previous review. I went in this evening and sat down at the bar. I was there for several minutes. Employees buzzing around. No one acknowledges me. Then a couple walks in sits down at the bar and a bartender immediately show up to take their order while ignoring me. Sorry I bothered to come in. I went over to the San Jose Mexican restaurant and had great service.

I ordered the 3 for Me Smash Burger with Mac N Cheese. They gave me fries instead. The fries were fresh, but DEFINITELY not what I ordered. When I called to tell the young lady I wanted the burger rare, she asked if that was all , but didn't get any info from me. My burger was well done.
Kaileen was an amazing server and the host Christianna was amazing as well service was amazing I had a great meal and being sat almost instantly was great!! Thanks !

Food was good, I ordered the shrip Alfredo and the noodles where undercooked. Their mozzarella sticks were great! They were more like a mozzarella loaf, they were huge and well worth the price. Service was okay, it was later in the evening so they may have been understaffed causing the slow turnaround for our meals ordered. Overall though, my family and I had a good experience.

1st try at this pick-up thing. Using the ap was easier than expected. We had to get home but had hankering for a good reasonably priced steak. Chili's is the only place in this area. Everywhere else is $$$. We live in a condo. So we can't grill our own. This was a perfect option. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. And we got free chips and salsa on top of it all.

I started going here with a group of coworkers and now my son and I go regularly. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but this Chili's is consistently very good. The service is always hardworking, friendly and competent. The food is usually awesome and even when they have an off day, it is very good. And the price is very reasonable. Just an awesome restaurant to have in the community.
