Worst customer service I’ve seen. Sat down at the bar and wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes while the female bartender sat there and just talked ignoring me . Finally after getting one drink she Never checked up on me to see if I needed anything. She was a horrible bartender. I don’t know who she was but it was 2/26 around 2:45 pm. There was No supervision at this bar, I will never go back.

My friend and I went in on a monday night, around 7:30pm. Our waitress toya was very busy but amazing! she checked on us constantly and made sure our glasses were never empty. On top of that, she pre-ordered chips and salsa before she even greeted us. There’s a big difference between doing your job and getting the job done and she really showed she could get it done!!

Our server Alexis was fantastic, made eye contact each time she passed by in case we needed something, super sweet and bubbly personality. Will definitely return and look for Alexis and sit in her section.
Asked the server if southwestern eggrolls were spicy. AH said no. He LIED. The rest of the food was gòod.Parking: Plenty of parking at 5 o'clock.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and I couldn't believe how big it was when it was delivered to the table. It was tender and delicious. I saved half of it for the following day. The server was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Chili's and the grilled chicken sandwich!

Ordered curbside to go and got there a little bit late. Waited almost 15 for someone to bring food out or answer the damn phone, walked in and asked bartender who seemed to care less, saw my food sitting on a rack. Needless to say it was not good, might have been ok warm… soggy fries and wings.. explanation, the to go girl has to leave early because she’s in high school! Ok but why did no one know there was an order placed in to go area waiting to be picked up. That was no excuse, and the oh well attitude of that bartender really sucked…Answer your damn phone next time
Haven't been to Chili's in a while, so we checked them out. Everything was fantastic. The staff was great. We were seated immediately, and our server was very attentive to us. Our beverage and food items were delivered timely and were quite yummy. Overall good experience. We will be returning soon.
