Never go near opening time. They don't have half the items ready and are often out of things.
The worse place to eat…there wasn’t enough food to make a steak bowl…they were out of pico de gayo, black beans, and more importantly they had no guacamole. Then to top it off they had no ice in the ice machine for my drink. The manager was lackadaisical and seemed like customer satisfaction was not a priority. I asked if I could get half off my meal because I feel like I got half a meal. I paid $32.00 for half a meal. The manager was inexperienced and not replenishing her stock but continued to operate a food line. As I was leaving there were more dissatisfied customers outside as well…I bet that manager can’t wait to get off work…she probably encountered a multitude of patrons like me who don’t put up with crappy service. The food sucked to…cold and not fresh like they claim to be.

Chipotle never disappoints. The food is always fresh and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The manager wiped her face then tried to make my food with no gloves. She then refused to serve me because I asked her to wash her hands!
My boyfriend and I used to be regular customers, but recently the service has been nonexistent. We walked in, and all the employees were so confused and barely knew how to do their jobs. The first person on the assembly line was putting such small portions, when i asked for a little bit more steak, she put maybe one extra piece. When my boyfriend asked for a little extra chicken, she told him it would cost extra. I told the second guy it was steak and he first wrote a C, then crossed it out and put a 2, then told the third person ringing up our stuff it was steak and she almost put mine down as chicken and steak. It all came out to nearly 30$ when neither of us put queso or guac. All the employees were so out of it, small portions for so much money, customer service was not there at all. Chipotle is the only restaurant with tortillas that dont upset my stomach, but if service is going to be this bad I'd rather go somewhere else and get a stomachache.

This location is filthy. The cafe area outside the front door is a pig sty, the food line was not replenished and dirty, and the beverage area was completely in disarray.

Mostly fatty meat and uncooked rice. Truely the pinnacle of the Chipotle dining experience.

Dietary restrictions: My brother in law is allergic to several of the major food groups- shellfish, chocolate, peanuts, soy... but he eats at Chipotle all the time with no issue. They are very good about accommodating our needs

Horrible experience. Place an order on the app, went to pick up & it wasn't ready. No biggie, I could wait a few minutes. Got home, I live about 25 minutes away. Changed into pajamas & went to eat only to find that the rice in my burrito bowl was completely raw. Tried calling the store to see if they could replace it, but of course, they have a ridiculous automated response & no way to speak to anyone. Went to the app & reported the issue with my food, again, all automated response, so I decided to drive back to te restaurant. I asked for a manager, she came to the counter & I explained the issue. Her response was "I can't issue a refund, you have to go through the app". I explained I wasn't looking for a refund, just for the food to be replaced & to make sure the rice was cooked. She walked to the back and told me it would be 20 minutes for the rice to cook. That just made me mad. At this point I said "so that's Chipotle's response, for me to go back home without dinner & without a refund". As a manager she could have offered a replacement food item. A salad, a quesadilla, but no. She sent me home!!! What if I had spent my last dime placing that order? And btw, I'm diabetic & cannot skip meals. I used to love them, but after this, it'll be a cold day in he'll before I give them my money! And to think I even tipped!!!!

Don’t bother ordering with the app, 20$ for 1/4th kf a bowl
Awful employees. Waiting in the chipotle lane for over 40 minutes. Employees are not friendly. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy but there is only two people on the line inside & employees mostly just standing around + not coming to the window.

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. The white rice was extremely undercooked. The burrito was wrapped worse than I could teach my 1 year old son to do. It took the workers 15 minutes to prepare my food while I waited in the drive thru. When I opened the burrito there was about 10 pieces of chicken, barely any sour cream and no green salsa at all.

First - the worker doesn’t smile or greet you. Second- they were out of the seasoned rice, she said they only had white rice. How do you run out of rice at 7:30 and don’t close until 10:00? I bought my grandson a bowl, so I asked the cashier when they would have seasoned rice and she said uummm, uuumm I don’t know.
