Dietary restrictions: My brother in law is allergic to several of the major food groups- shellfish, chocolate, peanuts, soy... but he eats at Chipotle all the time with no issue. They are very good about accommodating our needs

As a food allergy family eating out is always tricky! Kayla at Yulee Chipotle made it easy today! When I informed her about our allergies she immediately removed gloves, cleaned the counter, removed spoons/ladles/tongs and replaced with clean ones, washed hands and added a fresh pair of gloves before starting our order. She was very helpful, thoroughly reviewed our allergens with me, and checked ingredients on items she was unsure of, and then ensured no one else touched our...

I normally don’t care to review fast food. However, there is a worker there who is Christopher that is the perfect example of customer service. Tbh he’s the reason why I keep coming back. He is not stingy with the scoops and is super friendly with the best attitude ever.
