Ordered on DoorDash. Once again I ordered the biggest bowl got to have it. Once again they send me the smallest bowl. Never again. Last time we had to drive back up there to get it right, and waited over 30 minutes then. Horrible service get your store right. Plus my ice cream was half way melted

We were helped today by Zachary and he was amazing! He worked really well with my kids figuring out what they wanted and they agreed he gave great customer service!

“The shop was clean and the ice cream was good, but I’m really frustrated with the gift card situation. Before ordering, we specifically asked if they take gift cards and were told yes. After we ordered, we found out they actually don’t. How can you sell gift cards but not accept them? That’s misleading and disappointing.”

So glad there’s a cold stone nearby.
Experience was wonderful today. The young lady working today 8.27, in the afternoon when I came was super polite. (: there were probably 2 or 3 people ahead of me, and she kept the line moving in a timely manner..& she was alone. Much appreciated!

Cold Stone never disappoints. The ice cream is so rich and creamy, and the mix-ins are always fresh. I love watching them prepare it right in front of you. It always makes the experience fun and delicious. Always a treat 🍦

As a local we take the golf cart up here often, weekly!! The ice cream is always spot on no issues at all ever with the product!! What we can say is consistent is the service. Always very slow, most of the time the staff looks less than welcoming. On 2 occasions I had to tell the employee what goes in a speciality they offered. We will support this local owner, but would like to see a more pleasant staff that doesn’t seem as if they hate their jobs.

When i feel like treating myself, this is the Place I go. Always a good atmosphere. Friendly staff serving quality products in a timely manner all with a smile. Haylee always wears a smile that you can see from the door. Marissa is very hardworking and pleasant when I come in. You can tell she knows what she's doing and teaches others the Right way. I will definitely continue coming back!

Bathroom not cleaned an when notified the workers didn’t go fix also was talking about past employees getting fried an was wondering when who would be next to be fried an had to explain what lid we by three different people I think the workers are high at work

45 mintue wait, zero handwashing, behind the counter was filthy, 4 people working and they looked Miserable. Had been there about six months ago. Don't think we will go back.
