Cold Stone Creamery Wildlight

As a local we take the golf cart up here often, weekly!! The ice cream is always spot on no issues at all ever with the product!! What we can say is consistent is the service. Always very slow, most of the time the staff looks less than welcoming. On 2 occasions I had to tell the employee what goes in a speciality they offered. We will support this local owner, but would like to see a more pleasant staff that doesn’t seem as if they hate their jobs.

When i feel like treating myself, this is the Place I go. Always a good atmosphere. Friendly staff serving quality products in a timely manner all with a smile. Haylee always wears a smile that you can see from the door. Marissa is very hardworking and pleasant when I come in. You can tell she knows what she's doing and teaches others the Right way. I will definitely continue coming back!

Bathroom not cleaned an when notified the workers didn’t go fix also was talking about past employees getting fried an was wondering when who would be next to be fried an had to explain what lid we by three different people I think the workers are high at work

45 mintue wait, zero handwashing, behind the counter was filthy, 4 people working and they looked Miserable. Had been there about six months ago. Don't think we will go back.

Had nothing but good experiences here. Some of the reviews are laughable. People need to get a hobby and touch grass. Baylee and Lucy were very helpful. Like. Comment. Subscribe. Ice cream 10/10

Good service but the cookie dough wasn’t cookie dough taste like something else

I came here once I got to Florida when I saw the road sign. There was a very nice lady named Brooke who helped me very well!

Staff tonight did not properly handle a nut allergy. We asked for a new pan of ice cream and was told it was too frozen, and they did not get new ice cream scoops or use a clean surface to mix the ice cream. As a former Cold Stone employee, I know this is not protocol and makes me upset. I hope this location is able to do a training refresher to not endanger future customers.

The ice cream & chocolates are high quality & priced accordingly. Some staff struggle with basics, i.e. lids to go, bagging, etc.

Best ice cream east of Mississippi

Three people working but only two making ice cream and of those two, one was struggling significantly. Okay, fine, I can be patient, maybe they’re new. Got up to the case and practically all the ice cream was melted because the store was sweltering and they’re serving melted ice cream like it’s completely normal. The ice cream was literally leaking out of the pans all over the case. Not to mention the hole in the wall right by the case with exposed insulation and a bug trap with only a haphazard piece of cardboard attempting to cover said hole. No thanks.
