Cold Stone Creamery Wildlight

10/10 will recommend to everyone!!! Came in yesterday and Taylor was so sweet and amazing. She seems to really enjoys helping people. I was shocked to hear she was only been there 2 weeks!! Needless to say my new favorite spot in Vero Beach!!

Love this place the staff are friendly and the milkshakes are smooth and not overly sweet 🩷

Paid Wednesday for a large birthday cake, cookies and cream. Pickup Saturday at noon. Show up at 5pm Saturday and they half ass rush (20 minutes waiting) and they bring out a sorry looking small. Absolutely horrible scheduling and service

Came in on NYE. It was pretty busy but the girls working got thru everyone's orders so quickly. Arica was so nice and helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our orders exactly how we asked. She was so friendly and provided excellent customer service! Arica deserves a raise.

Ordered on DoorDash. Once again I ordered the biggest bowl got to have it. Once again they send me the smallest bowl. Never again. Last time we had to drive back up there to get it right, and waited over 30 minutes then. Horrible service get your store right. Plus my ice cream was half way melted

We were helped today by Zachary and he was amazing! He worked really well with my kids figuring out what they wanted and they agreed he gave great customer service!

“The shop was clean and the ice cream was good, but I’m really frustrated with the gift card situation. Before ordering, we specifically asked if they take gift cards and were told yes. After we ordered, we found out they actually don’t. How can you sell gift cards but not accept them? That’s misleading and disappointing.”

So glad there’s a cold stone nearby.
Experience was wonderful today. The young lady working today 8.27, in the afternoon when I came was super polite. (: there were probably 2 or 3 people ahead of me, and she kept the line moving in a timely manner..& she was alone. Much appreciated!

Cold Stone never disappoints. The ice cream is so rich and creamy, and the mix-ins are always fresh. I love watching them prepare it right in front of you. It always makes the experience fun and delicious. Always a treat 🍦
