I get it, ordering pizza from any franchised pizza place on a Friday evening is like flipping a coin to see whether or not you'll be disappointed. I ordered 2 pizzas thru their mobile app at 6:15pm for pickup. App told me they would be ready in 7-13 minutes. I finally walked out of the store at 7:29pm with 1 cold and 1 hot pizza, as they cooked them 25 minutes apart from each other. The employee didn't even blink or attempt to make a concession when I told her the pizza was cold. Disappointing.

We ordered our food at 6:40 pm, the website said the delivery time was 19-28 minutes. After 40 minutes we tried to call thinking the tracker was busted.
We called 21 times, and once to the Lofton store to check on our order before we got hold of someone. Most times we were put on hold, and then hung up on as soon as taken off hold.
We didn't receive our order until 8:23, 2 hours and 43 minutes after we ordered.

1st and last time order. I was looking forward to trying their New york style, but I have not ever had a spicy pepperoni pizza before. They gave us an Italian sandwich instead of our Philly, they gave us cinnamon twists instead of parmesan twists, they kept our sauces we paid for, the food took well over 1.5 hours to arrive and it was cold when it did. They blamed it on being short staffed, but that is no excuse for getting it wrong. Worst Dominoes experience ever, and I have eaten food from many Dominoes Pizza up and down the East Coast. Do yourself a favor and go to Hungry Howies. Their food and service are far superior. Even gas station pizza is better than this slop. At least it is warm when you get it. Avoid wasting money here, take my advice on this one. You have been fairly warned.

Effectively held hostage for a PAID for pizza. 7:06pm July 9. "I'll talk to them" is all the manager had to say. Didn't even apologize. I guess this is no surprise but I will not be going back!
I just ordered 2 pizzas, and my Alfredo Philly steak pizza was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Whoever made my pizza tonight needs a raise or promotion. Not to mention the delivery was suuuuper fast. Best domino's there is. Seriously, the people who made and delivered my pizza need a raise.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Ordered 2 pizzas, pasta primavera, cheesy bread and 2 deserts... both pizzas were RAW, the pasta primavera had BACON in it... the cheesy bread was RAW... quick but you have to ACTUALLY COOK THE FOOD - WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN - I HOPE IT SHUTS DOWN ASAP - FIRE EVERYONE THAT WORKS

It's a pizza place. All pizzas are good. Lol. Service was excellent. They made a mistake on my pizza. Had to wait longer than normal but employee offer to give me first pizza for free. I took it home and gave it to our miniature pigs. If you didn't already know pigs love pizza also. Lol. 2nd pizza was perfect. They tried to make things right for my extra wait time. I appreciate that.
