I come here almost every morning at 8:30am. Last time I got the wrong coffee and I asked for three donut holes glazed/pumpkin/chocolate but she said al they had was pumpkin. I ended up having to go inside to get my actual coffee (first didn’t have almond milk) and literally they had every flavor of donut holes?? Anyways, today I get there 8:40 and was the only one in line, once I turned the corner of the building to the menu a worker was literally LEANING on the order taker smoking a cigarette. I’m all for taking a break, but at the menu?? So I pulled to the menu as the worker scrambled inside, trying to order all I smell is cigarettes smell just going in my car at 8:40 in the morning. It’s in the parking lot of my job so it’s easy to come, but that was ridiculous

Do not order ahead! Location had no donuts when I arrived to pick up my pre-order. Now I’m having trouble canceling it and getting my money back. The store is absolutely no help. A bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing. Again, no donuts at Dunkin’ Donuts.

27 cents for ice? Greedy people!! This is Florida! We need ice! Disgusting place! It’s super dirty with sticky floors and the bathroom is a nightmare. Service from teenagers with no manners! Donuts are old and stale and too expensive.

One of the nice ladies in the drive though noticed my little sister in her cap and gown for graduation and made her feel special by saying congratulations and telling other staff members that she’s graduating! That made my sister happy so I’m very grateful!

I ordered a cocoa mocha signature latte, dozen donuts and munchkin holes. I watched as my drink was being made at first everything was great I guess the lid didn't fit and his hand first went in it then he called two kids over which played with my drink. I complained a really sweet girl walked over and remade my drink. I think these gentlemen need more training and customer service and cleanliness because I am fighting cancer right now and really cannot afford to get any sicker than I am. Playing in people's food is not sanitary.

2nd time I've been to this one..no one else in the drive through..first time the employees were just rude and didn't appreciate being bothered by a cutomer wanting to order..and had gone in that time..this time tried the drive through and Dunkin has been my favorite for coffee for 25+ years so takes alot for me to complain but he took my extremely hard order of 1 med hot coffee with extra cream and sugar..and one large hot coffee with extra cream and sugar..so when I say it was bad it was horrible..I was already down the road with my sick mom b4 we tasted it and I was like that is absolutely disgusting..it was way whiter than when I've ordered it that way the past 20 odd years but no sugar at all so I said I will doctor it up when I get home but I did call and tell them it was bad and of course they apologized but so what..I get it home pop the lid off and said we'll that doesn't even look like it has hardly any coffee in it..I added sugar but that was seriously diluted with hot water so the extra cream really gleamed..I tasted and it def wasn't their normal coffee..it was so watered down it was ridiculous..SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT FOR THAT! EITHER THEY MADE THE EMPLOYEES DO THAT OR THEY ARE JUST LAZY TRYING TO STRETCH THE COFFEE OUT. Now the employee that gave me the coffee was nice but he or he and them are wrong.
Every time I'm in Yulee I will stop at this Dunkin' Donuts because the coffee is always fresh and doesn't taste like burnt rocks

Drive thru is extremely slow. I am not sure why it is taking so long to get coffee/baked goods. It’s now been almost 15 minutes in the drive thru line. Ridiculous.
