Drive thru is extremely slow. I am not sure why it is taking so long to get coffee/baked goods. It’s now been almost 15 minutes in the drive thru line. Ridiculous.

This place used to be okay when others worked the drive thru. Idk what’s going on but they seem to not listen. My order is almost always incorrect. Super simple things like asking for one sugar and getting three. It’s annoying and inconvenient.
I went inside for a late morning iced butter pecancoffee. The place was clean. The employees were nice. Loved it.

I was treated very poorly and discriminated against. I visit this Dunkin often and have never been treated so poorly as this visit. I was told I could not customize my drink that I always customize because corporate said I couldn't. First of all these locations are franchises so corporate wouldn't do something like that it's up to the owners discretion. Joseph wouldn't look me in the face while telling me I had to go to another location to order my drink . I asked questions which he replied it's not me it's corporate. I politely accepted my order and left the establishment in disguise and dismay. I will be letting everyone know about my experience via TikTok. This is unacceptable.

After a simple communication issue with the kind of sugar I wanted in my iced coffee, staff was extremely rude and refused to fix the problem, simply giving me a cup of liquid sugar instead of remaking my drink like I requested. I had to throw away my drink because it was so grainy that it was like drinking sand! Disrespectful staff and a waste of money! I will not be back!

I hate being the type of person to do this but i was extremely disappointed when all i was hungry and craving bagel bites. The first bagel bites i received were dry, hard, and the cream cheese was burnt. I go inside to ask for another and when i get home they look exactly the same, almost worse. Never ordering from here again.
