They constantly mess up my order and never get you what you need. I never write reviews but when I spend $20 for a meal, and it's entirely wrong, I have to.
Worst Firehouse I have ever been to. Pick up order was suppose to be ready at 12:15 and wasn’t ready until 12:50. Poorly managed. Do not recommend

The worst Firehouse Subs I have been to. Over 45 minutes for 2 subs is unacceptable. The bathrooms were nasty and were out of toilet paper.
My first time ordering from this location, they messed up my online order. Small condiments included on sandwich, when the order explicitly says to exclude may seem like a small mistake to many. For me it ruined an entire dinner plan.

Stopped here while charging vehicle. Went to get some subs before we even ordered. They told us there was a 20 minute wait on subs because they were busy. There was hardly anybody even in the restaurant. Seems like a bunch of young immature employees

I've been there a many times the 2 star 🌟 rating for service is regarding my last two visits.
2nd to last time when I arrived I was 2nd in line in a line of two.
It took over 30 minutes for me to get their Thanksgiving sub sandwich ready for me. (It's great by the way) many people came in after me and received their food promptly.
Horrible service.
Yesterday I went in to get my free Veterans day Thanksgiving sub sandwich.
I asked if I could upgrade it to the large. The young lady was very nice and I witnessed her asking her manager. While I couldn't hear what was said I could tell that she was really trying to get authorization for me to pay for the difference. The manager said no repeatedly (I could tell by her head movement).
I was informed that it was not going to be allowed.
While I greatly appreciate Firehouse's Veterans day appreciation for Veterans I can't understand why the manager would say no. The manager appeared to be angry with me for even asking. (I was given a stinky eye)
It's only the Wildlight Firehouse that I've ever had any issues with.
Firehouse subs is normally a fantastic place to go for quality Subs.

My wife and I stopped here on our way out of two to take advantage of T-Mobiles BOGO hook and ladder sub deal. The employees here informed us it was only valid on Tuesdays which is not in the terms for this, or any, T-Mobile Tuesday day. They just release new deals on Tuesdays, hence the name.
The deal had to be completed through the Firehouse Sub's app, which I downloaded to place the order. To my surprise, this location in Yulee had mobile ordering turned off and the store marked as Closed which I found peculiar as I was standing in the store at the time.
Fast forward to today, Monday I'm passing back through on my way home. And the store is marked open and accepting mobile orders, so I just added the subs, added the promo code and what do you know. The promo works on Monday.
This is poor business practice. I pass through here quite often in my travels and will no longer patronize a place that practices business in such a way.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Waited 45mins for two subs. After going back to check on the order it came right out with the excuse that there was no Turkey or Ham sliced.

9/19/24 2:25pm.... Been coming here since they have been opened, and my daughter who is a fire fighter also and its been amazing. . Have to say today, we will never be back, the so called manager is the worst I've seen yet, ignoring customers waiting to order food while she is having a nice conversation with a couple of others. Not to mention, when can you not pay with cash at a firehouse subs, just because you are to lazy to go to Fernandina to get change for your store. She also needs to be retrained in customer relations. Someone with her very bad attitude should not be taking orders from the customer's. This goes to show you, once you change from a good crew to a crew like today, it will stop customers from coming back like us. WARNING!!!! THIS STORE SAYS THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH UNTIL THIS NEW CHASE BANK IS OPENED. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. And felt alot of discrimination going on, thank you firehouse subs.
Nice clean place. Little pricey, but that's all chains now. Staff was pleasant and welcoming.
