Grumpy's Restaurant

Grumpy's is our favorite Saturday morning breakfast and brunch location! It's also our go-to place during the week for brunch! Even though there is sometimes a wait, they are awesome at getting people seated. Service is quick and food is always topnotch. We've never had anything served that didn't taste great! They also give out a crazy amount of food, so we always end up taking a box home.

If you are looking for quality diner-style food, this is the place to visit! The food here was fresh and delicious! The portion size was impressive. The server was kind and helpful. The food was made and served in an appropriate amount of time, despite the restaurant being rather full. The building, inside and out, was clean and the environment was far from Grumpy! My family highly recommends this place for those of you looking for diner-style fare, but with way above average quality!

First time trying this place , we always wondered about it. Not very fond of the name but well....
Decided to go in and boy oh boy ...
coffee; if you like a brown warm water that is your place , but we like our coffee tasting like real coffee.
Orange juice was really good thou.

I have no idea how they manage but we tried cold over hard eggs for the first time and it doesn't taste good at all .
Grits, sausage, hash browns, pancakes and bacon yes I said bacon were all not room temperature , they were actually cold , maybe this is the new thing and we don't know about it ??
We like warm breakfast .
We know we got in late (12 ish) maybe the kitchen is close to closing time , but anyways the home fries were warm ( points for that)
Our waiter was a good kid .

I was very supprised how bad my experience was this last time.
Many wait staff at front door chatting. Took a few moments to get service. Food came out fairly fast but was room temp or colder. Everything was cold except coffee. Maybe food warmer was off, the steam was not on, the bacon was not hot either. I did mention to waiteress when shr finally came back and she offered to make it again however, I had customers i had to get to, so waiting went long enough. I only ate half the meal it was so poor.

Highly recommend, this is our go to restaurant for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy are to die for the, lemon dream waffle also fantastic.

Great food. Great service. Met the owner and she is very nlce and hands on. My server was Aaron and he did great. All in all a great experience and wholey recommend visiting them. Ask for Aaron.

This place is overrated. You can get the same quality food at Waffle House for much cheaper. Don't waste your time here.

Rated 4 stars but it's a solid 4 and my wife would rate it as a 5 star ? for their food as I do as well. Their specialty waffles are always fantastic.

Parking: Strip mall parking so fairly easy to find a decent parking space.
