Emily and Preston were very helpful, friendly, and extremely fast. I was the only person in line and hand my order in less than a minute. Most of that was the card payment machine. Definitely love coming in and seeing their faces. I know I'm gonna get great service and a heck of a sub.

Partner was told by manager during job interview that the pay for a sandwich maker is $11/hr. When it was pointed out that current min wage in FL is $13/hr they said the position pays $11 plus tips. Since when is sandwich maker a tipped wage position? The position was advertised as $14-17/hr on indeed. Extremely shady business practices.

I have never had a problem with this location before but today was wild. They are running really behind but instead of addressing it they just ignored everyone waiting. I was waiting while multiple people were addressed except for me. Then the girl working had attitude with me when I tried to see what the status was of my order. Find another location don’t waste your time here.

They advertise to order online to skip line. I order app said 15 mins I gave the 30 mins. Hadn't even started on my order. Had to get refund people just don't wanna work, it's disgraceful.

I went in to an empty restaurant, was greeted in a friendly manner. They asked what I wanted, I chose the giant size big kahuna cheesesteak. It was labeled as number 55. The employee said "so a number 17? No wait 16" I said sure though i have no idea what he meant. Told him the bread I wanted. Few minutes later I get a small sandwich with no toppings. They didn't bother asking me if wanted any.
