Partner was told by manager during job interview that the pay for a sandwich maker is $11/hr. When it was pointed out that current min wage in FL is $13/hr they said the position pays $11 plus tips. Since when is sandwich maker a tipped wage position? The position was advertised as $14-17/hr on indeed. Extremely shady business practices.

I have never had a problem with this location before but today was wild. They are running really behind but instead of addressing it they just ignored everyone waiting. I was waiting while multiple people were addressed except for me. Then the girl working had attitude with me when I tried to see what the status was of my order. Find another location don’t waste your time here.

I went in to an empty restaurant, was greeted in a friendly manner. They asked what I wanted, I chose the giant size big kahuna cheesesteak. It was labeled as number 55. The employee said "so a number 17? No wait 16" I said sure though i have no idea what he meant. Told him the bread I wanted. Few minutes later I get a small sandwich with no toppings. They didn't bother asking me if wanted any.

I visited here for dinner on 12/05. I ordered a sub without cheese and I arrived home and the sun had cheese. I called the restaurant to inform them that I was on my way back to have my order corrected, and I was upset. When I arrived back to the restaurant, my order has been corrected and refunded, and I was given coupons for next time. I appreciate the guys that were working the evening of 12/05. I was upset in the moment but they went above and beyond to make it right and I appreciate it.
