Emily and Preston were very helpful, friendly, and extremely fast. I was the only person in line and hand my order in less than a minute. Most of that was the card payment machine. Definitely love coming in and seeing their faces. I know I'm gonna get great service and a heck of a sub.
Auggy at the Yulee location was very helpful today. He saw my hands were full with my newborn and helped me get my drinks and food out to my car. He went above and beyond. This is why we love Jersey Mikes!!!
I visited here for dinner on 12/05. I ordered a sub without cheese and I arrived home and the sun had cheese. I called the restaurant to inform them that I was on my way back to have my order corrected, and I was upset. When I arrived back to the restaurant, my order has been corrected and refunded, and I was given coupons for next time. I appreciate the guys that were working the evening of 12/05.
