VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Was asked if I was ready to order at the drive thru and told them no (as we had several people still deciding their order and there was no line in front or behind us) and was told I could just come inside then. Obviously there’s a reason there was no line. Should have been the warning! This was at 4:53pm today!
Chicken tenders look like half the size and we’re hard inside
Got order wrong and even got sauces wrong.
I had to repeat everything multiple times then edited and then order was wrong
No receipt so I’m not even sure I was billed correctly.
Drive thru person is in the wrong position
Manager needs an attitude adjustment
Store seemed clean which I only noticed because I had to go in twice about my drive thru order.
The manager (Kim) is having drive thru customers park in the handicap spots to wait for their food. If you tell her that you can't legally park there, she will void your order and refuse to serve you. Also the website won't allow for contact to complain.
