The worst KFC I have ever experienced considering I travel all over the country. The staff is very rude, horrible service and the employee's are more worried about looking at their phones. I was told at 6pm that they didn't have any original recipe only crispy and I over heard the person in the back saying he didn't feel like making more. Who ever owns this store needs to fire the entire staff and replace them with ones that actually want to work and not lazy and rude!!!!

Checked in last night on 10/26/2024 and once we got settled into our hotel room at Holiday Inn we ordered from KFC at around 9:15 pm and the online said they were closed for online orders but when I called after this the lady said they were still open and all they had left was chicken nuggets and mash potatoes with gravy so I said okay went to pick a order I already had placed and after she said it was open until and they had these items I already ordered I showed and she the same lady said they were closed after she just said it was own and it was a 10 second walk from the hotel to kfc so I left and ordered food from somewhere else . Tonight on 10/27/2024 we tried again KFC this time it was currently 8:15pm and they close for 10pm . We was able to order online and order took and said it was ready at 8:30pm we went to pick up the food and the doors was locked at 8:35 the doors was locked so I walked to the drive thru window and nobody was there and a dude walked out of KFC got in his car had a kfc uniform on and got in his car and left !!! This how y’all run your franchise in Yulee, Fl I want my money back from that online order !!!
Service wasn't terrible atmospheres typical fast food sit-down restaurant. Food was terrible the thigh was so tiny was gone on one bite and the chicken breast looked like a thigh and it had a weird color and smell I ate it anyway I was starving sell my 4 - 5 decades of loving KFC have now gone down the drain. So much for the special pressure fryer and secret spices.

Made a stop to this KFC and this location was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms seem like they have never been clean. Toilets were absolutely filthy. The food was nasty. The Cole slaw and mash potatoes seem to have the taste of when it’s opened in the refrigerator. Chicken was ok but skin was falling off and just so messy !! Dining room area was not neat at all. I would never stop by this kfc location EVER AGAIN

Young crew on night shift are extremely rude and do not know how to keep their shift running efficiently, so they take their frustrations out on the customers. July 4th evening shift was the worst service by far. They were not busy at the time we were there and seemed upset that we bothered them for food. Avoid the night shift!
Oder 8 piece bucket got 4 .an had to wait 45 minutes to get it not happy! They kept putting other people ahead of us. An told us that was all the chicken they had left sorry
3pc chicken only. Total $15.⁸⁹ Really?! Basically 5bucks for ea pc of chicken. Thinking somebody up charging for their pockets. KFC 10mls up the road only charges $7.⁸⁹ for the same order. This KFC must have a thief, or just don't know how to ring it up correct. Fxcking ridiculous! 8 dollar mark up. I'll never return to this location again
