Can not complain...traveling from north carolina and havent eaten krystals in a long time ..hit the drive thru on the way home ..sackful 12 burgers with cheese ..order came out quick hot fresh and verrrryyy tasty ..friendly fast drive thru service as well ..perfect roadtrip snack lol
I grew up in Bessemer Al, going to get sacks of Krystal Burgers with the " Coupon " Books . Every now and then I like to have one as a " reminder ". Here lately I had been finding poor service , poor looking/ acting employees , can't get my order right , or didn't care to . I had all but given up on my " child hood " memories , until today . The staff was so nice even when they had 30 minutes to close. We made sure to clean after ourselves but they tried to stop us at every turn. Food was perfect and I give them a 10/10.
