Of the 3 McDonalds in our town, this one is the least rude, least dirty, and they have doordash orders done quickly. For how bad these restaurants are, this one is the better one. Still not great.

one person working with 6 people in the back, it took 20 mins for me to get my food. and one of the girls side eyed me because i said excuse me. horrible customer service.

No one at register when my family walked in so they went to the kiosk to place order. Then the next customer walked in, someone appeared at register to take their order. That customer also received their order before ours. Food would have probably been good if it wasn’t sitting and our fries got cold! Also the employee just sat out food on the counter we didn’t even know it was ready. Didn’t call or number or nothing.
Also, clean the restrooms, urine is on the floors.

6/25/25 typical McDonald's. Fairly busy. Just off the interstate. Kiosk is preferred, but you can place orders at the counter. Server actually brought our tray to the table. Restrooms clean.

Most of the time they store in Fernandina runs like a well old machine a couple of times you go in there and they act like they’ve lost all their oil overall good place
