I am convinced it is impossible for this place to hire competent people, if i pay for something i expect to receive what was paid for, not only that the drive through person literally just stared at me , said absolutely nothing throughout the entire interaction even after i said thank you. Fast food is getting ridiculous, quit hiring incompetent people.

Slow service I wait over 30min to get my order and it was wrong

Dined in today for lunch. The food was hot and fresh. However the manager was very unpleasant to say the least. She was yelling so loud that she could clearly be heard clear across the dining room. Looking at the kitchen crew you could see the uncomfortableness. Im a restaurant manager myself and in order to be a good leader you need to treat your team with dignity and respect. This lady lacked both.. She should be terminated immediately!!

Be careful, they're now, serving grocery store pickles on their burgers, not the usual pickles that McDonald's serves on your burger.

Again? We’re drive through customers. Does this restaurant in Yulee save the older, unsold food for people who are using the drive-through and don’t have time to come back to complain? Where’s McDonald’s fresh standards? Our Egg McMuffins were lukewarm at best, the bread was hard on the edges, the cheese was dried out and looked like they’ve been sitting on a warmer for quite a while. So disappointing. The guy at the window was nice which is the only reason this McDonald’s got 2 stars.

Took 20 minutes to get our food, only to not get a receipt, get a seal from what I assume was a syrup bottle on the bottom of the bag, therefore getting syrup every where, and they missed a sandwich. They fixed that before I left, but I'm glad I looked. Also the unsweetened was sweet tea and vise versa.

Over 20 minutes for food, not busy. Every table was dirty and the entire time we were there, no one came to wipe down tables or sweep all the food off the floors. Sauces did not come with the order, no ketchup at beverage station.

The service was great.. However the fries were not hot. We just moved to the area and only have shareable choices with nuggets, we would like to have more options like the combo or burger pack to choose from.

I'm a door dasher and service there is bad u stand there for several minutes no one greets u or asks u if they can help u u have to tell them what you are there for they r just running around like chickens with they're heads cut off like they have no clue

I seen a man comeback in with a cold quarter pounder. I bought my Big Mac around 2pm. I just now puked it up. Imthat place should be investigated. I don't feel good at all. The tables and seat had trash and other particulates. The teas had dates and times thankfully. There was no ice in the drink machine, I used to work at a McDonald's and know it's manually filled. I also seen a second customer come back in with their order on my way out.

Even for a Mcdonalds (which has terrible service just about anywhere you go) this one is AWFUL. I mean, you order at a kiosk, it tells you to pay at the register. And nobody shows up. Do better.

This McDonalds is sooooooooo much better than the one on the island! Same owner, so I have a suggestion. Your staff on the island is probably the worst in America. I don't mean that to insult. I genuinely believe it is. If you were to break up the staff and keep a constant rotation between all 3 locations, you would be giving the island folks a break from the obvious mismatched demographics, and you would improve the ratings of that store.

The staff on the island is way too aggressive for the elderly retirees they serve. They are crass, rude, and unkempt. Please let us borrow some good employees from the other 2 locations!

The staff at the island location would be best suited by I95, where they see and can match a wider array of customer personalities. As of now, in talking to islanders, they despise the McDonalds on the island. Its like our little slice of Dunn Avenue (attitude).
