I was here this morning on 12/14. I am gluten and dairy free and was looking for something on the menu and found nothing but fortunately, the gentleman at the counter provided the option of a breakfast platter of eggs and sausage and exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Lady taking our order was grumpy. Order we received was half right and half wrong.

Lady taking money was having a bad hair day. Curt with facial and voice tones that were not friendly. Lady giving us our food was pleasant and food was all correct.

Absolutely rude and worst service ever!! Traveling through and needed expediency and courtesy--no way!! I'm giving 1 star for everything even tho it's the service I am ticked at. I do not like the kiosk and before we had hardly entered were told KIOSK only! We had a code for buy one get one BOGO, and had to go to cash register. She said, "I'm only one person" but then got someone else to come up.
Perhaps short staffed, as happens--but do not take it out on the customers. The loud lady greeting customers needs to be fired or moved to the back so someone nice can greet customers!! One more thing, punched the button for help at the Kiosk and no one came note were we recognized. Breakfast sandwich hot and ok. 😩

We asked ordered one mocha frappe and one Carmel among other items. Although everything tasted fine, the fries could've been a little warmer and we were given two mocha frappes instead of one of each. So they get a mediocre rating from me this time.

Don’t go to this location as Tyler the chef person allows customers to yell at each other and use disgusting language in front of other guests with no accountability. Instead he calls the Police on me a 73-year old disabled grandmother who couldn’t stand anymore yelling and bad language so I told them to stop and situation escalated instead of Tyler taking control to diffuse situation which I believe is his job!
Very, very bad experience.

Slow, slow slow. Started in the drive thru and then left drive thru to park and go in, should have left. Then my order was wrong. No sugar in my coffee and they forget the hash browns.

I must say this was the absolute worst experience at a McDonald's I ever had. The group of people working were too busy flirting with each other and giggling and snapping each other on the butt and this is all men. You're too busy about that and you even want to pay attention when I told him I'd use the coupon for a free Big Mac. So instead of even listening to me or say the customers right and give me the Big Mac cuz I showed it to him on the app. No he just sat and pushed me off to the side. Pushed me off to the side. Pushed me off to the side till the milkshake and melted. My food was cold and then wanted to give him an attitude about giving me my money back. I'm not trying to be mean and I understand gay right gay pride and I have a niece who's gay but I don't want to see it by the people who are fixing my food. I don't want to see the people who are fixing my food walking by and touching each other and not washing hands. You need to do something. That's an disgrace

Go thru drive thru and wait almost 10 minutes from speaker to second window. Get my order and I was missing a MC double only ketchup, not a big deal so you walk away and come back with a bag. I pull off and see it made wrong. I walk inside and stand at your counter holding the burger out with my recite and you just ignore me. Look at me and pretend I'm not there. I waited a couple minutes before I started this video. I started it after your employee in yellow walked past me twice and acted like I wasn't there. And you wonder why people give you attitude. You suck at your job and should be fired. Can't put whole video here so will post on YouTube
