Went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes. Employees were not friendly. Didn’t even give me a straw for my drink. The number 1 meal taste horrible, fries taste funny like they need to clean/replace the oil. I dread coming here because the lines are always ridiculously long and they’re always short staffed. The food and service is not worth it. I rather eat dry bread. Shame on the employer. They know how terrible service is because I’ve seen them pop up at their store and witness the nightmare. Will not recommend anyone keeping them in business

We went here this morning to try an Oreo Shamrock shake. We ordered and the lady working at the drive-thru took our order and rung it up as a regular shamrock shake. We corrected her saying we wanted Oreo, and she said, meh it's fine. We got to the drive-thru and was handed a regular shamrock shake, since she obviously rung it up wrong. We told them she rung it up wrong, we asked her, but she just continued with it being wrong.We could hear a manager yelling in the back, "THEY ORDERED REGULAR THEY DONT GET ANY OREOS". The lady at the window threw a small spoonful of Oreo dust on top and handed it to me. I asked her to remake it as obviously a Oreo Shamrock shake is very different and loaded with Oreo chunks throughout.We were asked to pull forward and a couple minutes later, a staff member brought out a water cup with ice cream and syrup (no oreos still), halfway mixed, and was going to hand it to us but instead held it in front of us and asked for money.We obviously left with no Oreo Shamrock Shake.

We arrived at the Yule McDonald’s at 5:37am after driving up from Titusville. We were looking forward to breakfast and bathrooms. The open hours sign on the door said open at 5am but the doors weee locked. There were at least 2 employees inside that we could see. One indicated that we should use the drive through. However this did not help us as travelers needing to use the facilities. We left in disgust and took our business to the gas station next door.

Thats only restaurant in Yulee that works really really slow. Staff are very rude and irresponsible. They don’t even care about anything. They took 55 minutes to make mu order ready. That’s shameful. Shame on

The manager isn't the problem. The fact they have no workers is the problem. The old man was there since 10:21 waiting to order breakfast because he doesn't understand the machine order option. I get the girl is trying to work for everyone but she could take someone's order when they are trying to order breakfast. Ask the managers and other workers went on break at the same time. Seems to me like if you only have one cashier and one food worker you could at least leave a manager in to help. The place is so behind im surprised it is still standing. I don't order from here because it is always wrong. That is why. Because no one is working.

If there was a zero star option, it would be more accurate. We just waited over a half hour after ordering at the drive thru. The line was not moving. I left and went to Whataburger. Save your time and just go to the Whataburger. This McDonalds is simply terrible.

This location seems to always struggle with being short-staffed. I have been through the drive-through twice recently and both times an incredible young man was leading this McDonald's team. I noticed this young man was taking the orders on the headset, taking the money, and helping prepare the orders. He was so kind, cheerful, prompt, cool-headed, able, and a good leader. Service was fast, and the food was fresh and hot!! I had to ask him his name. His name is Quinten. I hope they pay him well. He is making a big impact at this location!
