this location supposedly closes at 10 PM but when i came by at 8 PM, just a few minutes ago, they were out of half of their menu items and refused to make more. either change your hours or hire employees who are willing to do their job and make more food two hours before closing maybe

They are always out of food or make you wait a crazy amount of time for food even if there is no one in the store or drive thru. I went through the drive thru and waited over 25 minutes for orange chicken and mushroom chicken and saw they were giving it away with other orders that came after mine. This is the second time something like this has happened or they are out of stuff and have to cook it. We got home five minutes later and the food is disgusting. The food is over salted and not edible, the vegetables are not cooked properly, and the fried rice is hard! DO BETTER YULEE PANDA EXPRESS AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN DO THEIR JOB!

Absolutely unacceptable. I walk in 2.5 hours before closing and they are out of atleast 5 different things with a sign posted. This isnt the first time either, and I am sure it wont be the last!

The absolute worse
place ever. They could not have made any more mistakes if they tried. Ordered on line at 4:00 pm for 5:15 pickup. Arrived at 5:a at 5:45 still no food. I explained that my 93
Year old Dad was left home alone because news flash I was picking up FAST Food that was already preordered. 50 minutes late my food is supposedly done . I looked in bag and order was not only completely incorrect. There was only 1 meal and one side when i ordered two 3 entree plates smd egg rolls. Response from worker oh they gave your order mistakenly to a drive through customer. We dont have egg rolls do you will have to wait. No I cannot wait my Dad is Home alone and it is now dark! I csnt get my money back because you guessed it ai would have to wait in line for Manager behind two there customers trying to get their money back. I took the food they offered got hone and Every Single item was inedible. The fried toce was white and in clumps and cold. That is right stone cold. I am calling the Heath department tomorrow and recommend they do a spot check on this restaurants food safety practices. This is no joke folks food poisoning is very very dangerous to older people. Hopefully my Dad will not get food poisoning. I took it away from him as soon as I realized everything wad cold and clumped.,

Just left and ordered two large super greens, a plate with teriyaki chicken and super green, an egg roll, and asked for two orders of the ragoons, and a drink. The man at the window with glasses and ponytail was extremely rude. Pulled us to the side to prepare food. The problem was when he delivered our food, he made snide comments”oh your the people who ordered all the greens” and when my husband told him that he didn’t see our drink he claimed we didn’t order one even after we showed him the receipt. When finally checking our food in parking lot, the greens were hard and not cooked through and our rations that he claimed were being made fresh was cold and only one order in the bag. He was very rude and my food was cold, as well as the whole order wasn’t there. But I work at 2 am and can’t afford to go back. Waste of $35 dollars

They were very backed up. I dont know what the issue was. The people were so busy with call in orders they weren't taking orders for walk it's until I said something.

Food was good. Love the honey sesame chicken. But Aiesa is a huge asset to the restaurant! She is kind, efficient and cares! She is truly 5 Star!!!

Well. The portions. The portions were so mid. Really 2.5 stars out of 5. Panda Express used to pack the food especially with chow mein. Like it’s just noodles. I barely got half a serving of my noodles and I paid for a bigger plate. The amount of orange chicken I got was okay but still not as much as panda used to be known for. Maybe it’s just this location I dont know. Also noodles tasted a little bland. Wontons were 5/5 exactly what you’d expect and want.

Mmmmmmmm. The food is great in my opinion. I always get the steak and super greens, and then mix up the other things I get from the menu. The one in Fernandina Beach has very nice folks working there. The last time I went, there was a problem and I got it to go so I couldn’t resolve it, but I called. They were extremely apologetic and promised to resolve the issue by giving me another entrée for free, next time I come !
