Mmmmmmmm. The food is great in my opinion. I always get the steak and super greens, and then mix up the other things I get from the menu. The one in Fernandina Beach has very nice folks working there. The last time I went, there was a problem and I got it to go so I couldn’t resolve it, but I called. They were extremely apologetic and promised to resolve the issue by giving me another entrée for free, next time I come !
We eat at this location often and usually have a great experience. That was not the case tonight. Acknowledging that we arrived 40 minutes before closing, I completely understood when the drive thru attendant advised it would be an 8-10 minute wait for the orange chicken and fried rice, 20 minutes later and she said it would be another 3 minutes. We had also ordered a sweet tea, that we had not received, and when I inquired, I was told "oh, sorry they just poured out all...
One day I went to the store and forgot my wallet and the manager Rebecca paid for my food, I really appreciate that....when my husband brought my wallet I offered to pay her back and she declined the money.....very wonderful thing she did for me when she didn't have to
