This place has a horrible staff taking care of customers they need to be educated on the ability to understand what is a person asking for. One wrapper for a sandwich and a tiny bowl which didn’t work and then asked for a bigger bowl guess what it didn’t work either but it was bigger can you say liar 🤥 then go and she blames my son in-law which again liar 🤥 I asked for a manager and never got one I’m finding people in yulee fl are not very friendly or like to work go to other locations thanks

I am not sure what the heck happened with the recipe for the Cinnamon Crunch bagels but it’s gross here. They are like a weird mix of pretzel and sourdough with cinnamon. It’s not good at all. AVOID

Waited over ten minutes just to get someone to come to the front counter. Called out several times. The girl from the take out orders came finally after another customer came in. She didn’t get my order correct. I ordered a summer salad and and Italian steak sandwich. I was served a chicken strawberry salad and an Italian sub. NOT what I ordered I could hear the kids laughing and talking in the background when I came in. The service was terrible at the counter and I didn’t get the food I ordered. This was the first ever at a Panera store that I experienced such total ineptitude I doubt I will dine in again.

Literally ever order I've placed over the 5 years has been incorrect or missing items. Stopped eating here for a year and finally made the decision to order ahead for pickup. They made the wrong sandwich but marked it as what was ordered.

Worst experience at a Panera we’ve ever had. Service was slow. Employees complaining about work to each other in front of customers, very unprofessional while the line continues to get longer. We got bagels that were barely toasted and super stale, had to be days old. Will never come here again.

I always love going to Panera! The general manager and her employees always treat me the BEST. Getting a drink changes the trajectory of my day making an exhausting day a little better.

There are a couple conscientious ladies working front counter/dining but I’ve repeatedly heard line employees preparing food speak unprofessionally to one another right in front of myself/customers and they usually don’t bother to acknowledge you if you come to that counter. Food often takes a while, no biggie…but when I order a drink on mobile app before I get there, I come in and almost always have to wait for someone to get me a large cup….geez just put it up there.
Biggest issue. Cleanliness. They apparently don’t spot sweep floor - often lots of garbage under tables. The booths often have food in seats and the upholstery has numerous marks stains. More than once we have noticed that the section on opposite wall of bathrooms has had ants crawling around seat and table. Bathroom today at 8:30am has no toilet paper, no paper towels…the bathroom is dirty more often than not. I actually emailed proprietor once when that bathroom was trashed and never received a response.
For a busy, growing area like Yulee it’s a shock that this Panera is run so poorly.

I stopped going to this Panera about a while ago because it was dirty. About a year ago, I went with a friend and it was clean so I started visiting again. I really love their salads and soups. Well the last 2 times I visited, it has been dirty again. The bathroom is disgusting, the floors are dirty, the tables, the drinks area needs cleaning.
Even the staff look unkept! Please take care of the only Panera we have around.

some of the worst service from slow employees ever. I had an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:00. when I got there it said order ready. they went ahead and cleared it out to make it look like they make orders on time. I didn't actually have the order until 6:13. it took them 13 minutes to make my drinks while my food sat on the counter getting cold... while waiting I observed one of the male employees scratching his head with his gloves on and then continuing back to work. and this grilled cheese is just soggy white bread with microwaved cheese in the middle. it is in no way grilled.
Went in the drive through with a pickup order, took 20 minutes to get through it with 2 people in front of me...in previous visits I've gotten through quick enough, worst times are they've gotten my dressings wrong a couple times but easily fixed
