The team was absolutely phenomenal this morning! I had a very large order and they took it without any hesitation, while also making me feel very comfortable (even though I was a little frazzled and had to place a few other orders after the big order). The service was so good from each employee. The sandwiches were all ready within 15 minutes. This team deserves recognition for the quality of customer service they gave!

I have stopped at this location, probably over a dozen times now and they are always out of bread. You can never get a side of bread at this location. I’ve stopped shortly after they opened. I’ve stopped in the afternoon. I’ve stopped in the evening. It’s always out of stock.

This doesn't come easy to give this type of review on a place that I love so much. It was a normal lunch day. My colleague and I was having, which was great by the way, but we could overhear the banter between the employees at the counter every time someone came in to pick up an order. We couldn't believe our ears. The ladies were just laughing and joking about how the guy smelled! It was repulsive. And I knew I needed to do this review. I'm sure if we heard them on the other side of the wall, the people they were talking about must have heard them as well. And what's up with all this "be blessed" BS. The employees are saying it to customers. Whatever happened to simply saying thank you and come again. I don't want to feel like I have to acknowledge, accept, or believe in a religion just to dine in your restaurant I do not practice religion and I don't think it's appropriate in customer service.

Avoid at all costs. Guy making my salad had long multi-colored hair, which he was playing with, before and after putting it in his mouth. He was also playing with his phone. He was not wearing gloves or a hair net. He then started making my salad without washing his hands. The other guy was wearing gloves, but kept playing with his phone also, as he was making my wife's sandwich. I can only assume both of these guys also play with their phones while in the restroom. I regret that I've eaten here many times, but I can guarantee I will never make that mistake again.
I ordered The Italiano without the lettuce, but they put it on the sandwich anyway. The pepperoncini peppers were so tough that I couldn't chew them and I thought the bread had been baked a little too long, so it was tough to bite into.

After over 3years of spending a significant portion of eating out budget at this Panera I have say the service except for 1 experienced person is laughable.. and costly. I’ve stopped coming (from 4x a week to 1-2 x a month— maybe). Today for example I ordered the egg white avocado sandwich and 1/2 Mediterranean salad with chicken plus extra chicken on the side. I received 1 small chunk of avocado on the sandwich and no chicken on the salad and no extra chicken on the side. And don’t tell me it’s my fault for not checking the order. I was a bit distracted trying to help a driver who pulled up beside me because her order was wrong and she’d been in line in front of me over 15 minutes.

Um....OK even with a coupon, I found it to be pricey for soup and bread. The service was weird ? for lack of better verbage. I left wondering if I'd been microdosed? it was comical! The soup was like the one purchase at the market and heat in the microwave. The bread was soft, that's plus!
