I frequently come to this Smoothie King but yesterday when I came in to pick up my mobile order, I needed to place another order in person. While waiting at the counter to order ( while the establishment was completely empty, only me) I was ignored for over 10 minutes and had to leave to get to work. Some people have places to be and to be ignored for that long when there’s no one else in the store is not normal.

We are from out of town came to smoothie King because in Atlanta we always go to smoothie King and met a group of awesome young man pacifically young guy by the name of Logan. He was unbelievable. Customer service was at 10. It was very knowledgeable with the menu and was just a very helpful, clean young man, good job

The female employee at night is always welcoming and the service is exceptional consistently.
Closes earlier than 9pm. Got there before and the door was locked almost 8 minutes prior. Employees looked at me and continued to clean up Service is normally pretty good at this location

This establishment is extremely well kept. The associates were very pleasant when we arrived. The store was very clean and was above expectations. The manager is also amazing. My kids love coming here after their sports and always asks if she is there ?

Family of four placed our smoothie order with no one in line ahead of us. There were three employees working with an empty seating area. Then, a customer behind us made her order. That customer got her 3 drinks before ours were started. Eighteen minutes later we received our order. One of the employees provided a blanket apology and said she would give something written down for a free smoothie on our next visit. Never received. I know this spot just opened up, but there are certainly kinks that need to be worked out. On a positive note, the smoothies tasted great.

Tamerlane is such a pleasure!!! She is very knowledgeable of the options and recommended the BEST smoothie I have had in a long time. I’m not in Yulee often but whenever I do, I will be coming to see her and the amazing staff at Smoothie King Yulee.

I ordered a smoothie bowl tonight online for in store pick up and omg it was soooo delicious! The team inside greeted me by name when I walked in and explained that they were currently building the bowl and it would be a couple of minutes. 5 star service and 5 star deliciousness! Although this is my first review, all prior visits to the Yulee location have been equally great!
