I frequently come to this Smoothie King but yesterday when I came in to pick up my mobile order, I needed to place another order in person. While waiting at the counter to order ( while the establishment was completely empty, only me) I was ignored for over 10 minutes and had to leave to get to work. Some people have places to be and to be ignored for that long when there’s no one else in the store is not normal.
Staff is always welcoming upon arrival. Store is clean and well maintained. Staff prepares smoothie in clean area and cleans equipment in timely fashion.
