My navy husband and I stopped at Sonic early saturday afternoon for a quick lunch. We place our order through the drive thru line. By the time we got to window to pay and ask for a military discount. The window lady, told us she couldn't apply the discount because she had already rung up the bill. We ask if she could just cancel and re entered the meal. She told us No. The wait time for food was very long. Horrible service. Bad attitude about the whole situation. Subpart standards, very slow workers and not courteous

No stars for service. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes and then they told us to pull around. When we drove around to the drive thru and wait ten minutes to be told to hold on again. We didn't even get anything. đĄ ridiculous and terrible wait time. It should be closed down..

Update: Tried again in the day time, same thing. Slow as anything. Ask for no tomatoes on burger and add groovy sauce. No groovy sauce and tomatoâs on burger. Yall just not care? Does the order even come up on the computers or yall just wing it?

This has to be the WORST Sonic location EVER. For the past year at least, every time weâve come the drive in ordering menus are down so you have to go in the drive through. Last time we were stuck there for half an hour, not even exaggerating. This time same slow service and when we get to the window to pay they inform us they are out of what my husband ordered so they had to replace with something else which we had to wait even longer for. We got sonic blasts which are almost 5$ each for a small and literally they had none of the candy pieces mixed in. They just threw some crumbles on top and the rest was just plain vanilla ice cream. When my husband finally gets his food the tater tots are old stale and greasy as hell. They simply just do not give a damn up here at this location!!! Sad that no one takes any pride in serving others anymore! YALL SUCK!!!!!

The worst Sonic I have ever been too! Waited 35 mins for cold food hard inedible fries & no straws for our drinks absolutely ridiculous. I should have went back in for a refund $45 is alot of money for the trash I received that was thrown away but being I'm a non confrontational type person I just dealt with it but wanted to worn others to stay far away from this establishment

What a joke. Ordered food outside and they told me someone would be right with me. No one came out. They helped all 2 cars in the drive- thru. I still waited, like a moron. 10 minutes went by, employees were just watching me from the window and no one came out to take my payment or talk to me. I have never been to this location before. We were passing thru. We had to evacuate due to the hurricane on the East coast. My breakfast order totaled $18
After the ridiculous wait, and customer service bs, I left and went to McDonaldâs. Paid $12 , and received my food within minutes! Ridiculous!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATIONâ- Go to McDonaldâs!!!

sonic switched to paper straws and when I went to take a sip about 10 minutes later, I kept sucking air and the straw came apart in the middle. Itâs just annoying.

The drive up window took 20 minutes to get my drinks!?! I wasnât even getting food đ€and the sign say âout the door in under 4â when I beeped to check they put me on hold immediately!
Great and friendly staff. However, was surprised by the price and quality of the item I purchased. I love banana milkshakes. My shake had banana flavor and no bananas. What do the do for banana splits? ??

Stopped at Sonic for Chicken nugget kids meals and shakes. I ordered a burger combo for myself. I was informed that they had no nuggets. I asked for a milkshake. Unfortunately, they have no ice cream as well. Not sure why they bothered to open when they don't have most of the food on the menu.
