My granddaughter and I stopped for a cup of coffee. She got a coffee creation with caramel and it looked like whipped cream on top. I got a regular bold and black hot coffee. They were both good. We set and talked with each other for a few minutes and then we left. We didn't get anything to eat.

Just started drinking Starbucks and just had a bad experience at the one off of 200 in yulee I stood in line and no one cared to take my order then a party of 5ive came in and they jumped to take there order the girl with the tattoos looked me in my eye as I walked out as to say she didn’t care so I went to the one in target and had a wonderful experience I’ll never visit that one again .

Rude staff, poor customer service.
I came by to order a drink. The drink was not made correctly and when I returned to have it re made. The staff told me no and to come back tomorrow. She admitted to making the drink incorrectly since they were about to close. She was adamant on refusing to remake the drink since they are now closed. I was denied the drink I paid for as well as denied a refund for a drink she admitted was made incorrectly.

I came multiple times through the week and they’re consistently out of cold brew …. Drinks taste completely different depending on who is working. Too expensive to not be good each time.

This place has lazy employees that only want to take mobile orders when customer flow was slow. Will never go to this location again.
I will say I have been here two times recently one ordered through the drive-through and I asked if they had a sandwich they said yes I get to the window and I am informed that while I was waiting in line which by the way took more than 10 minutes they sold my other two sandwiches on mobile order so I did not get my sandwich. Then again I ordered through the mobile app and the sandwich was showing available. I order again I get to the store once again it’s not available so if we can’t keep products in stock at 9 AM on a Saturday, then we should not have them on the menu.
