My husband, toddler, and I come to Amelia often and stopped at this target Starbucks on the way home today. While my son was having a hard time, the sweetest barista came over and helped us and brought a cake pop! I can’t wait to come back and get a coffee next time we’re in town. Sweetest workers I’ve come across at a Starbucks.

On my target run we stopped for an icee, Rayle was working at Starbucks and asked how we were while my kid was filling her cup. I was a little tired as my kids had been sick recently , she asked me when their bed time was and suggested a coffee based on when I would crash and then offered to pay for it.
I genuinely appreciated the gesture , I was obviously having a rough day and I was instantly smiling the moment she offered. It is interactions like these that compel me to write reviews because they are genuinely deserved by outstanding employees working in customer service with empathy and care for customers .

Went to Starbucks in target today (2/24 around 6:15pm) and got a chocolate covered strawberry Frappuccino. I asked for no whipped cream and the cashier marked this on my cup. The man who made my drink put whipped cream on it and when I told him it was not supposed to have it on there (again, marked on the cup), he said he can scrape it off for me… Pretty sure the correct protocol would have been to apologize and make a new drink correctly, especially when someone’s spending $7 on it, but what do I know. Have had rude encounters with him at this location in the past, but offering to scrape something off of someone’s drink that they didn’t order seems a bit gross. The floor also had trash all over it in the waiting area. Would recommend just going to the actual Starbucks location across the street instead.

Drive thru was backed up blocking traffic on the main road feeding into the store. The coffee I received was bitter and I could not drink it. What a waste of time and money!

It is a little slow, but not sure how many baristas are there, as I went through drive-through. So it could be that they were short staffed. Drink was made perfectly.
