Great subs! Great promotion! I use the 6.99 for a foot long promotion. Service is great! I usually order online. My sub is usually waiting for me when I get there.

Clear misunderstanding on both sides, although to my defense, I have a hard time understanding what they’re saying. Ripped my youngest off at the register, clearly aware of the prior misunderstanding: Gave attitude when I walked back in. Zero customer service. Drama with coupons all the time before. Good Bye. Will never set a foot in there again! Go to Publix 1 min. away, across the street for much fresher sandwiches.

I've never had hard stale subway bread before. The sandwich was awful. And it was a veggie! Pretty hard to make taste like a worn out football, but they managed to achieve it.

When we arrived they yelled, we have no bread, I believe they make they're own bread ?
We have been to subways from Maine to south Florida and out west. So we have lots of subway experience. We order the same sandwiches. Sandwich maker was slow and I could hardly understand him. I asked for cold cuts with Xtra salami. The meat was very thin. The lettuce had brown.. I couldn't find sweetener for the teas. I saw him touching other things like the register then going back and making my sandwich. When I went back and questioned the meat, I told him that the cold cut comes with salami and we ordered Xtra salami, he said that he did that. So we were charged for Xtra meat and we basically didn't get it.. our table was dirty..we were here at lunch time..We won't be back and we live in the area.

This restaurant is right by the interstate and I feel the prices are jacked up for the the tourists. I never go here anymore ever since they say no to subway coupons. That makes no sense to me.
