Too busy with serving Drive thru for lunch to serve eat in customers. Need more staff, nobody at the registers. I turn around and walk out as do other customers. Kiosk hard to navigate for custom order even the staff had difficulty entering my custom order into the Kiosk. I have, on occasion, been asked if I wanted extra meat and paid extra for it. Food is ok but find it has some flaws like broken taco shells. I'm a senior and if I don't ask for a senior discount, I won't get one. Apparently, there no way to get a senior discount using the Kiosk.

Ordered my food in the drive through area with a sweet lady not knowing I was gonna get stabbed in the back by her coworkers. Not only did they scam me out of 3 dollars for the nacho cheese I didn’t receive but they couldn’t even take off the one thing I specifically wanted off, some freakin lettuce.

I really don't like the customer pickup window.Because there always seems to be a lack of employees.And one or two people are running themselves ragged to try to fill in all the spaces.So I feel like we get a little bit of a hut on customer service. Not at the employees fault either.

Idk her name (black woman) but when I come and she’s there…she’s always super super nice, she’s keeping orders moving… respectful to customers and employees…
Today though… I’m dissatisfied and disappointed that I waited 30 mins (which is no problem bc I chose to order through the app (hoped it would be quicker than the drive-thru but anyway)) for my mobile order only to get a soggy …beyond wet taco (2). Like someone spilled water on them or something.
Service was great but … How do I get a wet taco ? Ample time to make decent tacos lol very annoying. Omg

I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. The soft tacos were wrapped horribly. The taco wrap paper is inside each taco and half the tacos were balled up in the bag like they were going to throw them away like paper. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I had to wait forever when I finally got to to window to pay and get my food, they had me wait at the back window for while before they would let me move up like they didn't want me to see they way they were handling the food. It was the worst experience I have ever had a taco bell. Ordered 12 soft tacos, they only gave me 11. 🙄

The drive thru line is always long and moves at a snails pace. Once you’re in the line, you can’t get out because of the cement rails. I swear they take 1 person’s order, have them pay, make their food, deliver their food and THEN take the next person’s order. This Taco Bell is relatively new and my guess is that they won’t last long.

Wow, just wow, I had a guy call me a liar for them not putting my items in the bag went in to get disrespected. When I was right, two other employees jumped in to save the altercation with the male working in the store. Then, he gave me a bag with supposed missing items they had still were missing items. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
Kiah was super friendly, food was amazing. Best Taco Bell I’ve had in years totally would do another hour drive for it.

Food was fine, but I was there with my best friend last night and a homeless guy made her very uncomfortable. When we told management about it, they stated that he had been there for a while and they had gotten complaints about him. They told us that he had tried to touch a little girl earlier that night and they didn't do anything to get rid of him. They offered us a free Dr. Pepper for the trouble, which doesn't do anything about the problem.
