Stopped in tonight and placed an order, they brought out one meal, 30 min after ordering. Then 20 minutes later they still didn’t bring my food. Finally got it and was not correct as well. Would appreciate some empathy for your workers that were high and couldn’t even do their job. Worst experience ever never returning.

This is now the second time I was denied a menu item that they clearly had. I ordered at milkshake and was told they didn’t have any ice cream left when they had an open bucket of ice cream sitting out clearly visible and almost brand new. When I pointed out the new ice cream bucket the kid behind the counter just said, “ we can’t do it”.
This seems to be near closing time laziness rather than lack of items.

Super disappointed best part of the meal was their honey mustard. This is a burger joint so maybe stick to that but they do offer a $8 chicken sandwich. Which tastes like a frozen patty from any grocery store deep fried. First time at this chain and for sure will be my last way over priced for quality. Service was good

The food is a little expensive for what it is, but the service was great. The oreo milkshake was good but I've had better burgers at the price point I would rather go to Wendy's. It is conveniently, located right next to a Tesla charger (The primary reason I came) anne would likely eat here again.

Placed order through Doordash. Once arrived, they didn't have the chicken tender kids meal. They did offer to get something else, but our son doesn't eat anything else on their menu. The app should be updated to not allow ordering of food that is not in stock. Also, the burger was uncooked to me. It was pink at different areas of the patty.

Went here for the first time. You can tell they're understaffed but trying their best! The classic burger was like 30% undercooked, fries were flimsy but the root beer float was PERFECT. +A for effort.
Great stop right off highway. Skip all the normal fast did options there and drive a couple blocks more. Super tasty, tots with parmsean and Tasty melt was the hands down favorite. But fries, plain or with bay seasoning were great too. Definitely will become a regular stop for us.

Coke was flat, which they were aware of and did not mention. Water was too chlorinated. Tea was not much better. Hamburgers left a lot to be desired. Will not go back.

We paid over $7 for an order of fries that contained less than 20 fries (that count was being generous). That plus our $8 burger were packaged in the same container even though they were a la carte purchases. To my knowledge they don’t even offer meal deals so I don’t know why they were packaged together. We’ve had this same order multiple times before but the quantity is definitely going down but the prices are not.
