You pay $30 for food you could make better at home. Tiny portions and not flavorful food very bland. So many better places than this one will NOT be coming back

The food tasted OK, but was super surprised on the portion and how expensive it was. You can get a better burger and better atmosphere and cheaper at an actual sit down restaurant, vs this “fast casual”. Stark atmosphere and they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. Would not come back. Based on other reviews, things must have changed here as the most recent reviews are not favorable. Wish I would have looked at these first and saved myself a ton of money and got a better burger.

I ordered ahead of time, was given a time to pick up and when I got there they guy that answered didnt even remember taking my order so it wasn't placed a d I wasted gas coming to pick up my order that never was placed. Please do better because now I have to find a different place to go eat. Rushing my order is never a option for 1 min less...

It's pretty mid to be honest. I went there a couple years ago whenever they first opened and they didn't put any seasoning on the burger patties or the fries. I thought it was just a bad one off day or something so I tried them again. Same thing. This is the third time so maybe third time's the charm, nope still no seasoning. They have potential to have some good food I just don't know why every time I go there I end up getting the same bland tasteless food. Prices are way too high for this lack of flavor and small portions. You'll pay a little bit less and get some tasty food at Culver's right down the road.

We had parked here to charge my Tesla, and wanted a snack.. We ended up getting a burger and fries to split between my wife and I. What a wonderful surprise, the fries and burger where cook fresh and very hot and really tasty.

Stopped in tonight and placed an order, they brought out one meal, 30 min after ordering. Then 20 minutes later they still didn’t bring my food. Finally got it and was not correct as well. Would appreciate some empathy for your workers that were high and couldn’t even do their job. Worst experience ever never returning.

This is now the second time I was denied a menu item that they clearly had. I ordered at milkshake and was told they didn’t have any ice cream left when they had an open bucket of ice cream sitting out clearly visible and almost brand new. When I pointed out the new ice cream bucket the kid behind the counter just said, “ we can’t do it”.
This seems to be near closing time laziness rather than lack of items.

Super disappointed best part of the meal was their honey mustard. This is a burger joint so maybe stick to that but they do offer a $8 chicken sandwich. Which tastes like a frozen patty from any grocery store deep fried. First time at this chain and for sure will be my last way over priced for quality. Service was good
