I was the only one in the store when i ordered my smoothie other than a man on his laptop. I got on my phone after ordering and didnt notice that the employee that had taken my order when straight to the back instead of making it.

Turns out the man on the laptop must have been the manager/owner because he noticed and quickly came to make the smoothie and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks to him i got my smoothie fast and made it to work on time! Wish i left a tip, you saved the day!

So today I ordered online through the app. I had a DoorDash issue with them not having my whole order. So I was very upset because I was at work unable to leave. So the manager Cameron took his time to call DoorDash and they would help or do what’s right. So the manager Cameron delivered my food and smoothie his self. He is the goat for this❤️ and I truly appreciate the extraordinary customer service he showed today. Thank you again❤️

I got a peanut butter cup smoothie. All I could taste was the banana. I asked for extra chocolate and peanut butter to be added. Josiah the manager then charged me $16.57 for one smoothie. When I asked him why so much he was rude and said if I didn't like it I should go someplace else.

Quick in and out pickup. Everything was as ordered. I actually felt bad when I got in my car bc the lady behind counter was super nice and I was bland. Still bothering me. Good on ya female person working there, good on ya. Nobody aspires to that job, but you were 5/5 nice.

Ordered a smoothie with additives and they didn’t comply with what i ordered and told me the manager made it :) my drink is usually purple hence the blueberries and açaí. Poorly managed.

The sevice was spot on and what you would expect. Professional and helpful. The atmosphere and colors fit the area culture. Bright colors with a beach theme. I was told the Bahama Mama smoothie are on fire at this location. That's what i'm having this morning as a first. timer here. TY staff! Great job that shift!

The kids at this location need more training on customer service. No one speaks. They look at you and keep doing what they are doing. Very unwelcoming!!! One girl told me she's not allowed to work the register. That doesn't stop you from speaking and getting the person that works the register, instead of complete silence or holding your head down to avoid communication.

The food is decent enough, but twice in two weeks they didn't have any kale-slaw, most recently this happened at 11am. So not like they "ran out" over the course of the day.
I had to drive out of state 30 minutes north to the St.Marys Georgia location to get my slaw the first time, round trip, it took me over an hour. The second time (Feb 26th -2024), i had to wait while they made it up for me.
Poor planning by the owner, and a lack of commitment by his previous shift to make sure everything was good and ready to go at opening.
OK, part two - So get this - I went back at 3:30pm the VERY NEXT DAY (Feb 27-2024), and ordered a Jerk Wrap, substituting the jerk sauce for the Thai Peanut sauce on the side. I told the cashier not once, not twice, but THREE times to make sure it was peanut sauce. I get the order, double checked the order, and guess what, yup, they STILL gave me the jerk sauce instead of the peanut sauce. I called them out on it, the young girl behind the counter who appeared not more than 12 years old, blushed, and said she "misunderstood" the order, perhaps she doesn't speak English very well ,although she was whiter than me. So this is a consistent fail at this location, and on multiple levels. The staff here are completely INCOMPETENT, and I suggest to everyone that you CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE !!!!!!!
